Project Snail

Such a great workshop, you learn so much in a short time and it leaves you wanting more. I’m signing up for the 5 week course. It was great fun as well and lovely to meet new people. Highly recommend.

I booked the Full Intro Course (Throwing, Trimming and Glazing). I had so much fun and learned a lot. It was my first time ever trying pottery and I love how my first pieces turned out. I can absolutely recommend booking a pottery class here!

We had our company team building at this place and it was super fun. We really enjoyed it and we were all well instructed by the teachers. Really recommend project snail pottery class for a fun group activity!

It was very fun experience! Daegon is so patient and funny and professional as a instructor ~ we all learned very quickly with his instructions ~ my baby girl went there and had her own little T.rex made by kind Daegon ~ can’t wait to see the completed pottery made by our own! ~

I did the experience session in January with my partner. I must say the studio is really nice and the location convenient. It was the first time we tried pottery and thought the session was meant to be fun in a safe environment. Unfortunately, Cass didn’t make it easy. She was not very patient with us and made our night pretty uncomfortable. I understand she is new at teaching and maybe she is not aware that some people don’t have the skills and come here for the first time to have a good time. We really tried our best but Cass didn’t make us feel good enough. I hope that with time she can learn how to be more patient and teach beginners on a stress free environment:)

So much fun. Daegeon is an awesome teacher and Proj Snail is a beautiful space. Would highly recommend to any skill level

Daegeon is a knowledgeable man of pottery, provides great banter during his classes to lighten the mood and make everyone feel easy. Just an enjoyable carefree evening. Would highly recommend, would do again!

Project Snail has a great atmosphere, wonderful people and experienced teachers. Daegon is such a character and makes you feel welcomed, teaches well and also gives you a few laughs along the way. Have been going for a few years now and it’s been a great learning experience:)

I'd recommend a session with Project Snail to anyone looking for a creative, meditative hobby. I started with the Deep Dive course late in the year and have become obsessed, following up with multiple Project sessions since. The instructors are wonderful and good-humoured, making learning a lot less daunting. It also helps that the studio is a really lovely space with a wonderful community.

Project Snail is the best pottery studio I’ve been to, Daegeon and the other instructors are so helpful, and because of them you always end up making something great! The studio is so well run and organised, they make it really easy to make beautiful pottery! We thoroughly enjoy it and have been going here for over a year now!

I completed the Intro Course with Project Snail and it was really wonderful. Daegeon is a fantastic instructor - so friendly (setting up tea and biscuits for our glazing session) and helpful guidance to create wonderful pieces.
If you're starting out on the wheel Project Snail is a great place to start as the whole process is explained thoroughly and you finish feeling confident in future work. I'll be returning for their Project Sessions that's for sure:)

My friends and I had such a great experience! We've never done any pottery before but Daegon was an awesome teacher and we had a good laugh as well. Defiantly will return.

I had my first pottery class at Project Snail and really enjoyed it. Daegeon is a great teacher - knowledgeable, patient and funny. Learnt heaps and found the class really relaxing. It's also great value. Would definitely come back!
