I spoke to Edem Doki about a Job listing on your website. Without looking at my resume, she simply concluded that I was not a good fit for the Job.

My conversation was quite unprofessional and a bit distasteful as I would assume that base for recommending someone fit for a job would be to look at my CV and accomplishments rather a pip view at a LinkedIn profile.

I hope the process for job recommendation could be better improved and remediated next time though better interactions.

They contacted me and suggested a role from the big 4 banks with a salary package at minimum wage and said that it could be lower if it's on entry level. I asked them to send me an email of more detail of job description but they never responded.

Taylor Scott from Profusion Sydney placed me to Westpac group, he provided tons of assistance during interview setup, like interviewer search, company culture and potential questions. Profusion group is so far the easiest agent to work with. As a contractor it setup my profile and payroll with just a few steps, not asking too much unnecessary details that breach my privacy. I'm particularly happy with the payslip email being sent automatically while the previous agents asked me to use their portals to download it. A really great agent indeed.
