Martin and his team are exceptionally customer-focussed. They have great quality products and a fantastic design eye, but more than this, they listen to the customer's needs and offer the right product for the job (at prices which rival any bigger company too) Additionally, they get their flooring to the door fast and without crazy delivery fees. They even threw in some cleaning gear free. This company deserves its excellent local reputation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have recently changed the flooring of 3 bed and living room from Carpet to Timber done by Pro Flooring team.

From the start to finish, it was very nice to deal with Martin. We have taken several samples home from the shop to have a feel and to choose what suits well and Martin is very much patient enough to answer our queries and providing suggestions. He has a great knowledge on the flooring.

We have chosen Long and wide European design oak planks, measurements done with ease, the installation date has been set and the work started on time. The installing guys were such a professionals, helped in moving the furnitures and laid the planks and within 2 days, they did the magic to home. Their craftsman skills were visible in each and every tasks they did. The trickiest part was taking out and putting back the existing skirting which the guys did a tremendous job.

Finally the output came really well and we are very much delighted in making the decision to go with Pro Flooring. We are also happy that we supported local business too.
