Professionals Sanders Group - Real Estate Agents and Property Management

The lady who showed us the rental properties appeared to be quite amiable, but when I contacted the office about my application, I encountered a completely different attitude from another lady. She spoke loudly and rudely, showing no interest in listening to me. It seemed as though she couldn't wait to end the call.

This is the best agent I have encountered that I am very satisfied with. If there is any need, they will solve the problem as soon as possible.

We have had a good experience with professionals sanders group until today.
I was rudely treated by a lady (mid age and blond) while I was trying to get information for friends to take over the lease - which I thought could be helpful to them as well, but I was abruptly told “we are not interested on your recommendations”
I was even denied to get a form for them to apply.
Really bad customer service experience, unprofessional member of the so called professional company.

I am not complaining about the landlord’s preference or anyone at Professional Sanders Group but specifically about the lady who spoke to me and the way I was treated by her. (unfortunately, I was so I shock and upset at the time that I left without getting her name)
I did not disrespect anyone or been rude in any way.
My friends didn’t’t like the way I was treated as I was trying to do a good thing and was taken the wrong way.
I can’t control what people write or do, I can’t be blamed for other people’s actions.

Your response has been threatening, disrespectful and even more upsetting.instead of realising the lady was rude to me, you reinforce her and back her up on the arrogant attitude.

The real state agent was very nice before sign the contract.
When we had to break the lease to move interstate, the agent wasn't in the country and the receptionist was very rude and arrogant with my wife when she went to the office to ask some questions about referring friend that are interested in renting the unit.
They treated us ok when moving in, when moving out, we were treated really bad.
Horrible and disgusting service when moving out.

Recently listed my property with Olga Antipas at Sanders Group after looking for a new property manager due to poor service from my previous agency. Olga has been like a breath of fresh air - she came to visit my property very quickly and got the ad up straight away, while also making sure to explain the process thoroughly along the way and offer her advice and insights.
