Warren and the team at Professionals Fairfield gave an outstanding service with the sale of our very loved home in Guildford. From the first contact we had with Warren we were assured of his knowledge and professionalism at an exciting time for us as we needed a good sale to fund our move to WA.
Warren guided us with advice which was sound but not pushy. We felt confident that he was doing the very best for us in getting the best price for the property, while still being realistic with the market at the time of sale. It was so reassuring that Warren acknowledged all the work we put into our house, both with our renovations and our efforts to present the house in the best light for sale.
Warren's friendly approach to potential buyers gave the impression of a person who took pride in doing the best for both parties and not just looking for a quick sale. My ideas on how real estate agents conduct themselves and their trustworthiness has gone from quite low to very high, with Warren and the Agency doing an outstanding job for us, just as they had done for the sale of our mother's house.

The auctioneer Joe Puglisi was a true character who was fantastic and Warren's assistant on the day, Joanna Congnetti was lovely and so reassuring and we sold for an amazing price, literally hundreds of thousands more than we thought we would get. Wow - Warren is our hero and we can't say enough good things about the service we received from everyone involved at the Professionals Fairfield in the sale of our house. Warren is a salesman extraordinaire and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts as we were able to purchase the property of our dreams in beautiful country WA because of the price we got for our house in Guildford NSW.

Would not recommend nor deal with this agency ever again, just wish i could've gotten out of contract with them.
Found them to be nice at first then dishonest, very pushy to the point of borderline harrasment and then manipulative lies upon lies.
They will pressure you to leave them a great feedback too after basically doing their job yourself.
