A big mistake renting a house on 7 Ballina Street Colebee with Professionals Parramatta. They're truly unprofessional. They care nothing but their own profit. They never reply our emails, need to follow-up by phone calls, take ages for them to fix something. The only time they email only ask for rent increase and for their own benefits. They don't want to fix anything and spend money, instead they want people to pay to fix their property. We should have read the reviews about them before signing the lease. Too bad we just read the reviews when we moved out. We totally agree with the reviews after dealing with them.

Definitely not worthy of the name 'professionals'. Highly unprofessional service. Takes weeks/months to process repair and maintenance requests. Even for the basic necessities we need to wait for months to get it fixed. They will always have some or the other reason to delay the fix. Very poor condition unit. Every 5 months or so one or the other thing breaks and they again take months to fix the same.

Could have given zero for the rude behaviour. My huge mistake to rent the apartment through parramatta professional. Zero respond to email. They have thousand reason for not fixing the house, I don’t care if it small issue, issue is issue and you have to fixed it. Later on that small issue will be the reason to not giving out the bond money.

Absolute worst renting agent ever. If you want an agent who does absolutely nothing then this place is for you. They month's behind in sending water usage invoices. They do not respond to emails or calls relating to issues with the property, you will never get a receipt for any rental payments made no matter how many times you ask for it. Condition report noted everything good with no damage, found damage to walls, interior & exterior, damage to carpets, missing keys, the list goes on. This is a company who are most certainly not worthy of the name "Professionals"

You will be making a huge mistake being a tenant for them. Could give minus stars if possible. The worst service. Zero communication, zero quick responds. They send plumbers and mechanics to the unit without notifying the tenant (even during COVID). Experts in not giving the bond back, will of course charge for extra stuffs. No professionalism at all. They do not even look professional. Weird that they are in business. The worst ever experience in all these years. A regret.

One of the worst real estate agents around Parramatta suburb. They never take care of tenants and you need to literally bug them to fix the issue.

Worst customer service. Unprofessional Parramatta.have been asking to fix our intercom for more than 4 months.always gives
excuse that it's strata issue. Don't know why they are still in business. Please avoid them if you can.

Great atmosphere. Clean environment. Good instructors Very convenient as right next to train station and shops.
