Contacted the real estate regarding a property and organised through email to attend a property inspection prior to completing a rental application. All details were confirmed with the realtor.

Attended the inspection at the allocated time and nobody turned up. I contacted the real estate wherein they told me that the house had been leased and that it was my responsibility to contact the real estate to determine whether the house had been leased prior to my inspection.

No notification from the real estate regarding whether the inspection was going ahead or whether the property had been rented.

As the saying goes: current events tend to form future trends. Therefore, Professionals real estate have disqualified themselves from being a quality real estate and I will not be renting any properties through them. Completely unprofessional and rude - I can only imagine what they’d be like as your property manager and real estate agents.

Professional, transparent and trustworthy
Lucas has a sound understanding of the Market and just how fluid it can be and is able to be dynamic in his approach to selling your property. Throughout the process Lucas kept me informed and was transparent at every corner consistently working hard to get me a sale. I would use Lucas again if I had another property to sell.
