Professionals Nowra - Real Estate Agents

Never will I use this company again. We rented here for 3 years - our first Property Manager was good.
Then Rhonda came on board and I hope to never deal with her again. So many issues with her during her time dealing with our tenancy.
The worst issue was when the paper-thin shower floor fell through to the dirt ground below.
The drop was about approx 1 meter and that is also when we noticed that the plumbing wasn't to standards.
I was heavily pregnant and I am super lucky nothing severe happened to me.
They never fixed the shower. We ended up terminating our lease 4 months later.

Rhonda didn't class it as urgent due to us still having the bath to utilize but I ended up travelling to friends houses for that entire time with a toddler and newborn as the bath was not a suitable option being freshly post partum. She offered $20 off our weekly rent in compensation.
The whole ordeal was beyond stressful. 4 months without a shower whilst in postpartum was honestly the down-grading & worst experience I've been through as a renter.
Do not recommend.

Professionals are totally unprofessional
They schedule inspection on public holiday and never listen the tenant complain.

Never ever go with the professionals nowra.
I complain multiple times but they don’t listen or take action.

Rhonda Kinsey, Amanda Poulton & Karl Polton all three are very unprofessional and never listen the customer point.

I have been with this RE Office for a number of years and they continue to achieve great results in both Sales and Rental Leasing.

Very unprofessional been left homeless from this real estate Got given a no Grande's noticed through covid lockdown Got told the owner wanted the house back to sell or moving to All to find it up they just wanted more money for the house Never missed a payment Was paying $490. They up the rent to $700 disgusting. With 0 help on finding new accommodation after being lied to by the 0wner Of so called professionals.
Also didn't tell the truth to my father.
Would not recommend using this real estate at all.r and property manager.

Wasted my time. I came across a property on domain for lease and the only way I could get a chance to view the property, to see if i wanted to apply, WAS TO APPLY. After some time of filling out an application (weblinks they posted were dead ends etc.) they responded a couple of days later saying they were organising a viewing time. Another few days later I received a message saying the property had been taken. I don't understand this backwards way of doing business. If i were leasing my property, I would not use this company. Extremely unhelpful
