Very disappointed in this agency.
The real estate agent did not manage their landlord well at all and most certainly did not manage their expectations.
The communication was poor with many missed calls, no replies to emails etc however would attempt to call so as to not have issues in writing. Deplorable.
Would not recommend at all.

I can’t recommend Paul and his team highly enough. I had my house with them as a rental and then used the Team to sell my house. Complications with my house left me nervous however Paul gave me regular updates and reassurance that all will be good.and it was. During difficult times due to the coronavirus there was many complications with the purchase
Paul systematically worked with each challenge and treated me with the upmost respect and was totally honest through the whole process
Paul is a very firm but fair negotiator
I didn’t quite get the property at the price I was hoping as I realise Paul is working for the seller
Due to Paul’s honesty and not trying any cheap Real Estate tricks on me that I’ve already experienced over time the deal was able to go ahead and all parties were satisfied with the result at the end
So ultimately Paul did his job perfectly!
If you’re wanting to sell a property and want a good negotiator to work hard for you I would recommend Paul
