Finding the RIGHT buyer at a reasonable price for my property required patience and tenacity to be shown by the agent. Other agents projected aghast sale but at a significantly lower price than was fair and reasonable. As an older seller I was unable to complete the "market preferred" live-there-now-with-no-effort presentation. Lilian and Andrew were optimistic, positive and persistent throughout the sale period. I needed the best possible price to buy my next home. They achieved that, despite the volatile market situation! I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
