Marian Hart has been amazing to work with, she has been my real estate agent for a year and a half now & she’s been super responsive.

She’s looking to help both the tenant & the owner, she is very fair when it comes to bridging the gap between the two which is a fine line to tread.

She’s also a lovely person, Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Offered great service before renting the property. After that problems start coming up and the solution always take ages. Been living here for 6 months and they are still blaming strata for solving an outside light that never worked.

The building decided to recode the parking fob and I was never informed. It took almost one month to get my fob fixed. And this issue has impacted my income since I work as an Uber driver.

Once again, one of the internal lights is fauty and blinking all the time and they keep blaming their electrician for not being able to do what he was supposed to.

Bascially it's never their problem and they do nothing to solve it either (even though I live a few blocks from them).

I've been living 7 years in Sydney and this is by far the most unhelpful real estate I've rented with. Professionals is definitely the most innacurate nave for them.

While remaining professional at all times, the buying process was enhanced by Richard who honest, fun to deal with, happy to help, provider of great practical advice and who went the extra mile by allowing and facilitating multi inspections through the settlement period, including allowing tradesmen into quote on small improvements that could then be implement as soon as settlement occured. This has shorten the idle time for this investment property.
