Worst people to deal with.unprofessional and never reply to any emails.they refused to fix major safety issues and their solution was giving me an eviction notice. Judy is the worse, when I asked to speak to her manager she said no one is above me unless you want to speak to god.her son Liam was there and refused to witness and literally kicked me out of the office as a solution.in one occasion she made a frustrated noise and hung up on me because I asked her to send an email with what she was saying.after emailing her with what happened she had the audacity to lie saying she wished me a good day and nicely ended the conversation.what she didn't know is that the call was recorded proving her big lie.incompetent, rude and I wish they played with my bond to go to tribunal but I guess they knew they screwd up.i rather be homeless than dealing with them.a complain to professionals head office with all evidence is on the way.

I have been renting through professionals for a year and I must say the whole team has been absolutely fantastic, liam has gone above and beyond for us and we have just secured our second rental property he is an absolute legend and is so honest and reliable a man of his word.
Also Rachel has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond for us in our first rental always returning our calls and making sure any issues where addressed straight away.

They don't care if u have a family and your renting through them they will sell the property leave u homeless & give you fake promises for another place but don't return calls or emails nothing unless threatened to take to tribunal or leave a bad review

I wish I got Judy and her team to rent my property 5years ago. The stress that I endure with starr partner as a landlord was very costly and never again. Judy and her team are good at what they do. I would recommend Judy and her team to anyone looking for housing needs. I honestly would not go to any real estates other than Professionals Campbelltown. Judy and the team are 100% genuine. Service is outstanding.

Contrary to what the name suggests, we found there was very little professional about the conduct of this company. As tenants, we struggled to get responses in a timely manner, with issues lasting months from when we moved in until the owner switched agents. It was only when they were threatened with tribunal action that they began to respond to our emails and calls, prior to which they had refused to acknowledge any of our issues as legitimate, including broken windows that could not be shut, vermin throughout the building from when we moved in and appliances not functioning.

We were thoroughly unimpressed with their attitude and the negligence with which we were treated.

Jim and Judy are very helpful and professional! They are open and transparent. It is a pleasure to do business with them. They are very good realestate agent!

I would never recommend this real estate to anyone. They will promise good service but as time goes on, your property will be neglected, routine inspections as promised to be done as per agreed agreement will never be carried out unless reminded by the owner. Secondly if there is rent arrears the land lord is not informed. They will not respond to your emails once issues arise.

Worst real estate. We recently purchased a house, in the day the tenants moved out they gave is the keys and informed us we we not allowed in the house until they have the cleaners clean it however they gave us the keys. So another weekend wasted, we decided to clean the yard and chop tress down waiting for the cleaners to turn up on the Monday, we then received a call from Judy the real estate agent advising us because we had the keys the bond will not pay fir the clean and we would have to pay it ourselves! $550. The tenants residing there had not cleaned it in years by the looks of it, the real estate gave us the keys only to say don't go in the house, to then have us waste the whole weekend outside the house, to then let us know on Monday the bond will not pay for the cleaning again because we have the keys? ! We spoke to them all through the firday and Saturday they didn't say a word other then "we are organising the cleaners for Monday". Once we bought the house we actually never heard from them, I had to send a txt message and ask " Do we get the keys tomorrow"? They replied with "yes" that is all we got the whole time. We are now leasing the property to a lovely real estate across the road, I want to make sure our tennants and us as land lords are looked after, not by these shady, shifty, lying, unprofessional people that won't be held accountable for anything.

"I can't believe you live in an apartment i would never" you sold us that apartment and then when someone's assaulted in the apartments you laugh and try and dismiss it.
