So im asking about the place that i need to go to inspection and asking for the address on which i suppose to go this morning. First of all they say will send me the detail from yesterday and i called them this morning and quite rude and didn't mention anything about the place that been taken.

Do not use Professionals Belmore to manage your property.

I still have previous tenant owing for the house damaged.

And now the current tenant is behind on paying rent. I have to email them first to find this out.

With them you always have to ask or tell them what to do. I thought they should have common sense and know their job.

One of many reasons to why i have changed to new agent.

Highly disappointed with the level of unprofessional behavior by Stephen.
First I was called that my application was going to be approved and asked about when I will be moving in and told me that will confirm the full details later during the day but was never given a call back.
Later upon asking couple of times I was told that owner has one more application and has not made a decision yet
2 days into following up I see the advertisement that deposit has been taken for the property I was looking to rent.
I atleast expect a formal response if my application was not going ahead rather than no response and ignoring my messages and calls.

Very good real estate firm. Better than most I've dealt with in the past as a tenant. Stephen and Toni are nice, good people to work with your property matters.

I felt their respect and care for Michael and his team were fantastic. My later mother passed away, and my father, who spoke no English and was not up to the level of energy to assist Michael's team but there, came and helped my father with cleaning up the place to take professional photos and also with a challenging market with interest rising there find a buyer which exceeds our expectation.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Belmore than Michael.

Unless you're spending money with this agency they appear to have no commitment to customer service. I've made a mental note not to sell any property via the Professionals Belmore based on the phone interaction I just had with incredibly rude staff. Not a great look for a local business.
