After interviewing several local real estate agents I engaged Michael Kourouche from Professionals Bankstown to handle the sale of my 2 bedroom unit in Bankstown. At the time the market was difficult and on careful consideration, I decided that Michael was the most qualified. This decision proved to be well justified. Michael's extensive professional experience and market knowledge was evident in the way he presented the property, highlighting its true value. Throughout the process his communication with me was always clear, honest and warm in addressing my queries as well as my requirements. I found that during our discussions, he listened attentively before voicing his views. His supportive manner as I was striving to prepare the property for the market made what is usually a stressful time much easier. I was very happy with the results of the sale and am sure that the buyer was delighted. As a result, I would never hesitate to engage Michael again if the opportunity arose and I firmly recommend him for his highly professional and ethical approach.

WORST AGENTS YOU CAN HAVE

Only giving one star because I can't give none.

They started really well, being very responsive and attentive. However, after switching to another agency due to a better deal, we have found out Professionals Bankstown have never paid our building strata invoices, resulting in 900 dollars in fees, even though it was explicitly written on our contract they should be responsible for that. We tried to solve the matter and their response was that they are not in business to pay anybody else’s debt.

Then they have lost the access remote control, valued 150 dollars, that one of their agents signed a document upon collection. After many contact attempts, they replied in a very rude way refusing to reimburse us.

Nothing is stopping you from choosing their services but bear in mind the type of personality you would be dealing with should any problem arises.

Professionals Bankstown are the best in the business, they are led by the amazing Michael Kourouche who goes above and beyond for every client. His experience and calibre in this industry is like no other. I would not recommend anyone else.

I have dealt with a number of other realestate agents, by far Micheal and his team are the best to deal with.
They are honest, prompt and always answer my calls.

They charge you fees BUT they will not look after your property during the contract they never visit the property to do inspection instead they call the tenant and ask him is everything ok no damage no broken walls this is it
And when you ask for a paper work they show you the other face of them
