Professionail Chester Hill

First time I went they squeezed me in at closing. Much appreciated! The nails were great after a manicure and paint. Second time I went was for Christmas decoration on nails. Was hoping to get painted nails with christmas design but got christmas stickers on one nail, and paint on the other, which was a bit disappointing. Was hoping for a sleek modern christmas design like I had seen on my friends nails, the painted design was alright. Not that I care to much bit 4 different ladies worked on my nails, they seemed busy and didn't know which coat they were up to on my nails cause they kept swapping but the manicure and painting of other nails was satisfactory. And I am glad they could get us in whilst seeming very busy.

0 stars for this place. They couldn’t file my nail down properly, and they wouldn’t fix it after I nicely asked. The lady came up with 10 excuses on why she couldn’t fix it, then proceeds to say she has another booking and walks off. To also add, she had no gloves on and kept going back and forth with wiping her snotty nose and my toes. I have been coming here for years, and this is the service I get. Never again will I come back.

The worst customer service I went to do my eyelashes were puffer n itchy I couldn't sleep for days or do anything it was so bad ii came back n they didn't refund me never again

Went in yesterday for the first time. Had a pedicure. Seemed like they did an OK job but they need to give the place a good clean.

Always a pleasure to visit this place. Great mani, pedi and eyebrow waxing. When going elsewhere, I count down the days to return here. They are the friendliest people and great at what they do

Had the worst experience of my life! They were so rough and unprofessional! They made my nail bleed! And they disregarded my pain when I complained it was hurting! I suggested several times to soak my nails in acetone to remove my acrylic nails but she said it will take too long so she forcefully removed my acrylic nails using another nail tip and ripped my natural nail bed off while doing so! I would never come back here again nor would I recommend anyone to either.

Went and got a mani pedi with shellac when i got home i noticed there was dust particles under the polish which made it look rough and bumpy 2 days later on 2 different nails the shellac started peeling and i had to redo my cuticles and the nails werent pained all the way they left a gap for a faster regrowth

Stopped in to get a pedicure, This place was a little crazy with kids running around while their mothers were getting waxed, but staff were really friendly and service was outstanding.

Been going here for years and now and can honestly say it’s the best salon I’ve been to. All the girls here are lovely. They are helpful, detailed in their work and professional. I used to live in Chester hill and it was convenient for me to get here. Even though I’ve moved 30mins away from the place, I still come here to do my nails as I’ve tried other places and they just don’t provide the same service as this salon. Highly recommended.

The salon has been newly renovated and clean. I walked in and got seated straight away. Nails turn out great. Very happy with my acrylic set.

Beautifully done, fast and gentle I absolutely love my nails, they look so much better than they did before (when I had them done at somewhere else) my artist name was Ann/Anh I'm not sure of the spelling but she was great, i will definitely be coming back to her for infills. Great work!

I only came into this salon for a nail removal, but I realise how poorly the person took care of my nails. The process felt very rushed, nails weren’t even and they left many fingerprint marks on the polish coating whilst it was drying.

The other day i went for a pedicure for my feet normally after i got my pedicure about a 1 week my big toe started hurting and showing redness/puffy around the toe on the left i started wondering why and it was from my pedicure that i had the other day i booked an appointment with the podiatrist and he said that you have a infection and that the people in the nail salon (lady) she hasn't cut your nails properly and it has caused your nail to grow into your skin causing an ingrown nail which i was devastated to hear knowing that i have an ingrown.i'm not sure from what it might be a chemical they use or haven't cleaned the materials properly i'm not sure honestly i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want an ingrown or have a messed up toe.i would recommend LISA'S NAILS in Chester hill there is awesome and great they take care of you and do a great job.i haven't had any problems with that shop. DON'T RECOMMEND

I have been coming to this salon for a number of years and always found it ok. Recently though the care and professionalism has gone downhill. Six weeks ago I got my nails done and the paint job was ordinary to say the least. I returned four weeks ago with a friend and my paint job along with my friends was good, although we were rushed and my shellac wasn’t properly set. Today though, I returned again for a new shellac on my hands and feet, well it is the worst job imaginable. The paint is thick and slapped on with bubbles and the shaping after cutting my nails is disgusting to say the least. There doesn’t seem to be any care anymore just a money grabbing exercise. The owner squeeze’s clients in showing no regard for the one’s already there. The girls are then forced to hurry and do sub standard jobs. They have lost me, my friends and family for good.

Was very happy with my eyebrows, its so hard to find somewhere good.highly recommend this shop!

I got burned by the wax while the lady was waxing my upper lip and talking to her colleague. It’s been three and a half months and the skin on my upper lip still has not healed. It’s still dark black and dry and forever peeling. I could not wax or thread my upper lip for three months because bits of my skin was ripped in the process.

I made the mistake of trusting this nail salon with my eyebrows. The lady who did my eyebrows was unskilled and didn't listen to my instructions - I has asked for a clean up and to keep the shape as it was, she ended up chopping off my eyebrows at the ends and anyone can tell you how hard it is for hair to regrow from that area. Furthermore she completely ruined the shape of my eyebrow and turned them into an extremely round shape and as a result I will be getting my eyebrows tattooed to fix my eyebrows.

Got my nails done 2 days ago, and already 2 have broken. Really bad quality i feel so ripped off

It's hit and miss with this place. Sometimes you'll get a proper pedicure and sometimes they'll rush it. Staff need to engage in conversation with clients instead of eachother the entire time.

HORROR STORY! Doesn't even deserve a star.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I've been too. They aren't focus on the task and when they are supposed to be DOING THEIR JOB they talk to each other instead. The result is SHOCKING.

I came here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done before I did my grocery shopping and I came home crying. My eyebrows had been growing out for a while and were pretty thick, but I'm Lebanese and they suited my face, although a little untamed. So when I came in I kindly asked the lady there to make them not too thick or thin, but nicely shaped around my natural structure. A few minutes later of her talking to the her co-worker a curtain over she gives me the mirror and reveals 2 extremely thin lines that are now my eyebrows. Mind you, they are NOT identical at all! The left eyebrow has a sort of square beginning while the right looks rounded off. The obvious pale outline of where my eyebrows SHOULD be are standing out against my tanned skin.

Above all this, wax was still sticking to my face in some places and there were stray hairs on my upper lip.

ABSOLUTE HORROR. Save yourself a month or two of having to regrow your natural shape and AVOID THIS PLACE. Mind you I have 3 weddings and 3 birthdays coming up, one of which is my own.

Absolutely disgusted. Never again.
