Terrible service. Australia needs a new MS partner. Not sure why and how are they still a partner with them.

This by far the worst Microsoft Partner. Their turn around times are outside what these guys will promise. Always short staff. Eimer and Holly on their team have not established any process around talking complaints and following up on them.
It’s been 7 months I have still not had any luck on my refund request and historical complaints.
Please stay away from these guys they are going to take your money and make false promises.
