ProAm Custom Framing

Completely disgusted with the customer service from the manager David and the woman at this store. I went in to the store on Wednesday to get photos resized, measurements were taken to confirm new sizing. Picked up items on Thursday, once home realising they were cut to the wrong measurement. Went back into the store on Friday asking for the problem to rectified, got told by David " I thought you would be back with a problem, you had that look about you" Still proceeded to let him rectify his error, to be told they will not be ready until Monday at 11am. Arrived at the store on Monday at 12pm to pick up items to see he was working on other peoples projects and wasn't even started on ours. Got told by David that if we did not bother him so much they would have been completed. The lady said "that I wasn't clear on my instructions and it will be done, when done" After complaining about poor customer service, he was apologetic and told me they would be ready at 3pm that afternoon. If I could rate this business negative 10 I would. Absolutely appalled, with how I was spoken to.
