2 It's when things go poorly that a company shows their true colours.
Due to miscommunication between their sales rep (who is now on leave) and myself, I was really dissatisfied with the final product (not the quality, just something that was missing). They didn't want to argue the point, but instead focused on a final resolution that was totally in my best interest. There aren't many companies around that are that committed to customer satisfaction.
Our ad is going ahead, and they have totally addressed my issue and concerns.
I was invited by the CEO of Pro-Visual Publishing, John Hutchings to run a LinkedIn Workshop for the staff at Pro-Visual Publishing and Pro-Vis AR at their offices in North Sydney. I worked with Deanna Hutchings, the Marketing Manager beforehand and a great team of motivated professionals on 17/9/18. They were all active learners during the session (several people took comprehensive notes), asked fantastic questions that demonstrated their understanding and they updated their LinkedIn Profiles both in the workshop and shortly afterwards.
