Rick did a beautiful job bringing my grubby car back to its former glory! He was so happy & friendly and worked hard to do an extremely thorough job. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

After seeing Ricky doing my neighbor's car I couldn't resist. He did a fantastic job and also did my wheels as well. Absolutely no negativities with this company.

I had such a bad experience and would not recommend this company.
I organised a wheel colour change on set date. I live in an apartment building and the manager put the workman in a location out of the way.
They completed 3 of the 4 wheels and had to be moved, but the workman left with only 3 of the 4 wheels done.
I only heard about it from my building manager and called the company, they did NOT call me to explain.
I organised for them to return for the 4th wheel, and noticed damage to one of my wheels. I called and sent photos, and after the 4th wheel was done, I needed to replace the damaged wheel, at my cost.
Ive sent photos and followed up with a call and an email, but still no response from them.
To top this off, the wheels that were completed had some damaged that should have been repaired before painting, but they painted over the top!
Poor service, NO customer service and a 2nd rate job.
Do not use this company.

Rick was a clear professional and his extensive experience was very recognisable through his attention to detail when detailing and ceramic coating the interior and exterior of my M3. Rick put in several hours of hard work to ensure the finish was of a high quality, which well exceeded my expectations. As a result, I have not hesitated to recommend Pro Auto Repairs to my friends and family.

Edit: Damian called immediately after my initial review was posted. He was very courteous and professional! He scheduled someone to come out next day and resolve the issues. The guy came out this morning and the repair looks amazing now! I would absolutely recommend Damian and his guys.

This is a tough review to write. On the one hand, the dings repaired look good, the paint is a good match and the tech that did the repair was punctual and courteous. Unfortunately, the masking around the trim was not the best job. As a result the paint bled, unevenly into the gap between the trim and body and onto the trim, leaving the finished product looking less than professional quality. I spoke to the tech about this at the time and he tried to use his fingernail to scratch off the excess paint, it sadly didn't work. He acknowledged it was a problem but said there wasn't really anything he could do to correct it.

Antonio fixed my scratch on my vehicle today perfectly and he was great and easy to deal with. Highly recommended company and employees for all vehicle paint repair and wheel repair. Matthew fixed my tyres on my vehicle and he returned them to perfect status. Great service from Matthew and Antonio at reasonable prices.

Albert is a wonderful person to deal with. He fixed all the scratches on our rims. Would use him again if required and highly recommend him. Very efficient from getting the quote to organising the job and getting the job done.

I had pretty severe gutter rash however PRO Auto Repairs came and save the day and worked their magic. Unable to tell where I had scratched my rims and super shocked about how well the rim paint came out too. Really living the race car vibe dream.

Mura did an excellent job repairing an extensive curb rash that not only cut through the alloy of my rims but my soul. I am very happy with the end result and it literally looks as if nothing happened. Mura was on-time, professional, polite, easy to deal with and highly customer focused.

Antonio & Matthew worked on my paint work & rims today at my home. My car & rims look brand new! Amazing job! Both guys were punctual & incredibly professional. Antonio did an amazing job fixing my CX-9 that had a scrape mark on the front driver's side.

He arrived and apologised for being late even though it wasn't a problem as I was working from home and he was within the given time slot.

Explained the process of repairing the car, requested to use my power point in the garage and he got to work.

The entire process took about 1 hour and 30mins.

Considering it was a windy day I was extremely impressed with his skill painting in such difficult circumstances.

Will definitely use pro auto repairs again and recommend to my friends and family.
