I have worked with and known Sally for over 15 years. She is a first rate physio and personal trainer. She has incredible knowledge about movement and the body and is very passionate about whats she's does. I highly recommend her.

I have been doing these classes for many years, and would not even think about not going. All the teachers are well trained, very professional and aware of individual needs. I cannot recommend Sally and her team highly enough.

I have been doing Pro-Align Pilates for over 10 years. This term I decided to do 2 classes each week and it was wonderful. Suz who takes the strength class and Fara who takes the mobility and stretch are absolute professionals. They are caring and attentive with an added dose of humour. They are more than willing to provide individual instruction often without being asked. With Fara’s class there is a level of calm that makes the hour feel like a meditation session. Both are so knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge so we can improve the way we move as we go about our busy lives. Doing the strength class and then later in the week the mobility and stretch has been hugely beneficial for me even after all these years. I highly recommend both these classes. Nicky Mathieson

I enjoy these pilates classes with proalign because they are never repetitive. Sally and the team always find new ways of keeping us flexible and stable.

I have been going to the physio based Pilates classes for over 6 years and they have helped my strength and alignment so much. The instructors have all been knowledgeable and so friendly which is why I keep going back.

I have been taking these Pilates classes for over 10 years and I don't plan on stopping! The individual attention by an experienced physio means that the classes are well targeted and safe. The teachers are also thoughtful about their approach and vary the routines each week - it's never boring. I have learned a lot about how to keep fit, and the weekly classes remind me to keep thinking positively and take on physical challenges to improve my fitness level.

Sally's Pro-Align stands out from the other Pilates classes. She is a physiotherapist, Pilates expert and a fitness coach who understands all about health and wellbeing. She has a very effective way of communicating and explaining in classes, and her attention to details, like how to stand properly, has helped us make fast progress. It's always a fun class with real tough training that gives good results. I strongly recommend Pro-Align to anyone who wants to be fit and improve their physical movements.

I have been attending pilates with Pro-Align for a couple of years now and look forward to my pilates class each week. My husband also attends a class and while he isn't as enthusiastic about attending classes as I am, he admits that afterwards, he feels the benefit and is glad he went. I have always considered myself to be fit and active but exercising with a trained physiotherapist gives you the confidence to push yourself further. I am constantly surprised just how much I improve and strengthen. You also learn techniques to help yourself when your body lets you down. The classes are efficiently run, friendly and enjoyable.

Excellent pilates classes run by a physio who can help you with whatever stage you're at or injuries you might have. Pilates is so popular now, why not do it with a professional who can guide you well
