Our building company builds a number of homes per year & have been working with PCA since 2012, they are professional & provide a high level customer service, their procedures are very systematic making the whole process simple, easy & time efficient. Booked inspections are carried out promptly & followed up with a report soon after. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of the services offered by PCA giving them your custom, you will not be disappointed.

Paid this mob upfront and received zero service.
My builder organised for an inspection and they didn't even show up! Each time we had a question it would take multiple attempts to contact them and then eventually we would be given a random answer that could be interpreted in several different ways. At the end of the build we asked for the final certification three times. They carried out the final inspection 6 months after the completion of the build. Three months later we had heard nothing. After again hassling them multiple times again, were provided a written rejection based on the things that they failed to inspect and suggested employing another certifier to complete the job.

I've dealt with Grant from Private Certifiers Australia on many occasions and he is always very available with help and advice for a variety of applications I have worked on. AMAZING! We have been using PCA Services since 2011. The entire team are fantastic. They always provide a streamline process from Planning through CC and all the way to Occupation. Nothing is ever a problem for Grant and the team. If you're considering building definitely give these guys a call.

Very efficient and helpful! I highly recommend PCA as they have great customer service and are very thorough with their work. Never have I ever had the below experiences. Nothing but positive experiences. The company I work for do commercial fit-outs and have never had any issues what so ever!

Stay well clear - an absolute shambles. Took months and months of chasing after completion to provide final certification for our build and all handled with a Basil Fawlty standard of professional ineptitude. You have lots of choice out there for these services - avoid this mob.
