Great service as usual. Can't be faulted. Just one gripe, but not with Printzone. The courier (Couriers Please) did not follow the request to leave the package on the top step, nor did he ring the bell. I was inside all day and can even hear the bell from the back yard. I would not want them again.

Quick and efficient with delivery and happy with price and performance of printer ink. Will definitely purchase from again.

Can't believe how quickly these arrived especially when postal and courier services are so busy. I ordered on a Monday and it was here at my door in Perth on Wednesday and the price was great. Would order from Printzone again.

This review is of Printzone, not the products purchased. I ordered a printer and a set of toner together. I received an email notification to say my order was shipping. I received the toner ahead of the printer and was left wondering where the printer was. Then a day or two later, the printer arrived without notice. Both items arrived within an acceptable period of time, so ultimately I have no complaints. Both items arrived in good condition. Printzone had the best price of the retailers who stocked the printer. I would use them again.

The whole process was so simple and we received the printer the following day! This company really go above and beyond! Could not recommend them more highly Fantastic Service! Thankyou

I have purchased ink from Printzone in the past and the orders have always arrived quickly.
I recently purchased two ink cartridges from Printzone.
When they arrived the wrong cartridges had been sent.
I contacted Printzone about this on the Tuesday morning.
Within the hour a representative from Printzone had contacted me by 'phone.
This gentleman informed me that they would send out the correct order immediately and that I need not return the wrong ones to save postage.
I received the correct cartridges on the Thursday. (I live in a regional area)
Now, you can't get better service than that!

Purchased a Lexmark MC3326, absolutely amazing service, the printer was ordered for urgent home work use and it arrive within 2 business days, keeping it mind that most shipping companies are snowed under due to the lockdown. I have had two orders. The first for a Kyocera A3 printer/scanner, and the second for toner cartridges for it. The delivery of the cartridges was excellent. Fast. Perfect. The printer was a bit different. It is big, and heavy. Not really a one person lift. Yet the driver arrived on his own, and the printer was on the back of a truck with no lift to get it down. We had to lift it down together, and with two it was not easy. The delivery could have been much smoother. The driver was excellent, but the fact that there was no lift on the truck was not good.

Amazing Service both times I have ordered and prices are good. Highly recommended company and fabulous to deal with. Quick delivery.
