Prime Car Wash - Schofields

I wash my car in Schofield. Prime car wash when I give car 12 pm then I go up Indian shop bring a tea it's finished 10 minutes then I go down tha car wash the 15 minutes my car was wash and dry fully they charge 40 dollar inside they ar not whipping any area at least my dash or any place no whipping glass but I give money and come home. I just saw my car that was when I give before the wash same dirtys soap lines and all I was a bad experience. I thought Australia is good country but now I realised everything is not good

Omg I didn’t check the reviews before. I paid $70 for Prime service, they didn’t even touch the inside of my car. Worst cleaning. No wonder they have one star rating.

Very poor service, rude team members, gets into argument when requested to clean dirty/missed spots.
Manager not onsite, upon calling 3 times, still no response.
Old rags used for wiping, no extra effort provided by staff to detail the car.
No interest by staff.

If I could give zero star, I would.
Highly wouldn’t recommend.
Also no receipt given as a record for the service even after asking.

Car was still wet at most spots, dirt from dirty rag kept dripping near door handles.

Staff also argued that his a car doctor.

Very Very rude staff, Not punctual. Price menu is just for reference there price is totally different and pricy. Funny part is they say your car is DIRTY, It looks pike it is bin. I said next time IF I come I clean and bring. I don’t recommend.

This has been the worst service of my life honestly. I wanted to get $25 car wash however the guy there was trying to over sell with $55 one and I made it very clear that no I would just want a $25 one and he commented saying if I can spend this much money on my hair or nails then why can’t I spend some on my car. I mean, how ridiculous is that. And then finally i got the $25 one, the car wasn’t very cleaned at all. There were marks in the windshield and i asked him why hasn’t he cleaned those, he argued and said that’s not covered under $25 and basically I had to clean that myself with the tissue in front of him. He as a basic worker there said that I wasted his time. I asked who the manager is and he said he is the boss there. I do not recommend anybody going to that shop, it’s just not worth your time or money. The guy is basically very arrogant for no reason at all.

Did a Full Interior Detailing for a car that is 10yrs old and is put to the test by 2 young kids.the guy did a brilliabt job, interiors really feel new since I am happy with the outcome. You just need to explain what you really want.

Overall the service has always been very satisfactory. Someone recommended this to me and we have been using this on a regular basis. The best part is that the guy there is very upfront. If he believes he cannot take more jobs he denies taking more. No compromise with the cars he commits. I found the guy very straight forward and most importantly very committed to the work he takes on board. Highly recommended

The service was very good. I found the guy very helpful and friendly. This is the fifth time i have been here and every time i have found the service up to the mark. I have seen few customers coming & asking for services in detail for $35 which is basic service and gives negative reviews. Guys this guy does a good & honest job. Very trustworthy employee i would say. Highly recommend.

If I could give it no stars I would. On Wednesday 4pm @ 15/2/23 I took my car for a wash in and out he said it would cost $70. I went in the local shops located upstairs to kill time. When I returned the car wash outside was fairly okay but the interior job was completely awful. I could still visibly see that floor was barely vacuumed and the dash and doors was not touched. Had my kids spill still visible on it and dust. For $70 you would think they would at least give it a wipe. The guy was on his own and looked like he didn’t wanna work at all. After payment he sat back down on his chair and immediately chatting to whoever on the phone. No thank you for payment didn’t have a single card in this world
