Primary Dental Campsie

I had a bad experience with Dr. D. Nick Galathris and the receptionist. They didn't inform me about the cost and that my insurance doesn't cover the clinic. I told them that I couldn't afford the amount and I wanted to know the insurance coverage, but they ignored me and started the treatment anyway. Unfortunately, when it was finished, they asked me to pay the full amount and informed me that insurance doesn't cover it. They didn't inform me about this before starting. It was a bad experience.

Dr. Nick was very caring and understanding. And gentle. Highly recommended. All staff was lovely ladies.

Had my appointment with Dr Victoria yesterday for a clean. Was really anxious initially as I haven’t seen a dentist in a while. But Dr Victoria was patient and reassuring with me. She spent the time educating me in general preventative measures. Would definitely recommend Dr Victoria!

I had an appointment for the first time with Dr. Shireen, a lovely woman who made me feel comfortable and informed me of my options and instructed me on how to proceed further with future treatment, toothpaste efficacy, and information on the state of my teeth and how to maintain it. She stayed to answer additional questions when we were already overtime, which I'm really grateful for. I'm always happy to schedule accordingly, and wait for a doctor who cares!

Reception was professional and quick, no complaints there.

Dr Sirin was exceptionally good and thorough with the education of the procedures being performed and very accommodating so that it went smooth. Reception staff and dental assistants were excellent as well. Would highly recommend.

Going to the dentist always makes me anxious. Dr Nic and his team have a special way to make you comfortable and at ease. I usually see my GP there too, I am glad that now I can have a reliable dentist all in the same place.

I had a treatment done here and could not be happier. It went smooth and the staff/dentist made me feel very comfortable. They have afterpay and zippay payment option which is great! Would recommend to family and friends.

Dr Shireen is the best dentist i have ever met in Sydney.she explains all the treatment options and all the procedures to be done, she got good knowledge, well experienced, very gentle, welcoming, polite dentist.she is really good at wisdom tooth extractions and surgical cases

Receptionist Ellie, she is such a lovely girl, very friendly with beautiful smile.she really helped me with all the payment plans, Like zip pay and after-pay.

Very friendly staffs and easy to book. Dr Sun is amazing for fixing my damaged tooth and I can use it to enjoy my food without pain now. Compare my previous Dentist. This is high recommended.

All the dentists are amazing here and the staffs are very cooperative and helpful. The center is very nice and tidy. I am very satisfied with my treatment. This place is kids friendly as well. My kids go there every six months for their dental check up. Highly recommend.

It was very easy and comfortable. Dr Nick and nurse were very gentle and caring and the receptionist Ellie was very nice and polite. I wanted to use my zipay but had no data so she let me use her internet to access my zipay. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

The appointment was like easy! I was treated by DR NICK GALATHRIS and the treatment was GREAT! I had a filling done and the whole appointment went like clock work. The doctor explained each step and I felt comfortable, and I want to continue with the rest of the treatment. Throughly recommend this Primary Dental Clinic!

Ok experience. Needed to get some care for an ear infection on boxing day. They wetter open, bulk billed, and their estimate of wait time was pretty good. The consultation was terse, but seemed accurate enough (though an ear ache ifs probably pretty obvious). The pharmacy on-site was also handy. We're not locals, and are unlikely to go back, but it was fine for "clinical" after hours care if a tourist.
