We cannot thank enough to the support coordinator Jingyi. We had a negative experience with our previous support coordinator and was so devastated with how the whole system worked. Since we changed the support coordinator to Jingyi he has made a huge difference to the support for my son. I would like to highly recommend him to any family who are struggling with navigating the system.
