Priceline Pharmacy Wetherill Park

My experience was amazing! I went in yesterday and i had riyanna serve me.what a kindhearted and bubbly person she is.she is so nice to talk to and she’s a really good salesperson as i didn’t expect to spend $80 in the matter of 5 minutes but it was worth it she’s a gorgeous girl inside and out and definitely deserves a pay rise!

Amazing service. The pharmacist went out of their way to call other chemist stores to reserve my script.

First time someone in Priceline asked if I needed help. Thanks Isaac for helping me and giving great service. I'd come more often if more staff were like Isaac.

There is a small rude pharmacist- too busy to assist customer, no explanation about medication. Avoid her at all time

'paying less is a beautiful thing' and
'fabulous brands at famously low price' all over the wall and selling products at higher price than other shops.
I asked if they do price match and the phamacist said 'No I can't because other shops may purchase them at lower price'

I was served by a young beautiful lady by the name Shannon. She was extremely polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills at Priceline will only help the company grow. I appreciate her service and her listening skills.

Pharmacist Nancy is amazing. She offered me a lot of support and guidance and showed a genuine concern in what I was confiding in her. She is a gem.

The customer service was absolutely horrible and the workers are completely unprofessional. I was trying to look at this product and the package was already opened so I assumed it was a sample but before I could even do anything a worker walked by and started harassing me and repeating the same thing in a rude tone. If you’re going to handle someone appropriately then it’s best not to be screaming in their face. Would not recommend for anyone to come here.

The pharmacist Marianna is very knowledgeable compassionate and full of energy. She has helped me and my daughter so much. Thank you Marianna!

I usually buy my medication from this place for $11.00 but last week I was charged $14.95.
Check your prices this place is trying to overcharge.

Nareeman was very rude on the phone and honestly she kept repeating herself over and over, no logical discussion or communication. She did not want to understand my situation she was repeating her false policies and claiming things that we not even true.
I looked into their website and what ever she was telling me was not correct. Train your staff and please make sure you know what your talking about before telling it to the customer. Never again with Priceline.

LINDA IS SUCH A HORRIBLE, USELESS MANAGER. MY ELDERLY MOTHER ASKED HER A QUESTION, AND ALL SHE GOT WAS ABUSE.

Very happy with service my wife got a flu shot today at 6: 30pm workers name was Ben he was very professional, kind will recommend anyone

One staff was rude. Had let other people in from one entrance but stopped me and told me I had to go around. When I entered she was said I had leave from the way I came in. And after I bought my stuff I just went out the other way and no other staff said a thing. It may be a stressful time for them but a little courtesy wouldn't hurt.

Workers here look sad sometime, I hope they are treated well. The pharmacist workers inside price line are the best, very nice and always laughing, and they recommend things to me that help me. But sometime hard to buy if they don't remember me because they give me lecture on why I have to be careful to take what they recommend before.

Came in to ask for a product and no staff asked if i needed any help and just walked off. I had to call someone from the registers to give me a hand.only plus is that they weren't as expensive as the other chemist further down. This shopping centre needs better chemists.

I have never had a problem with this store. The staff are friendly and always smiling. Very helpful and the pharmacists are knowledgable and respectful. And the managers are lovely

Lacking customer service skills here in this pharmacy if you offer a customer a basket and they decline the offer to have one please don't push it further by saying "you should have one it will make it easier for you" it's extremely annoying and impolite. Just leave it at that

Bad customer service.if you look for a product, you should search by yourself, they just give you the wrong location
