Priceline Pharmacy Warringah Mall

Was served at the register by a lady in black who was rude and basically shoo'ed me away after the transaction. Overall experience was rushed and was overall bad customer service.

Worst chemist this chemist and pharmacist is so money minded no matter what medication you ask for they say its a last box and no generic.never buy any thing from them

Very knowledgeable staff. Quick, friendly and efficient service. Nothing seems too much regardless of how busy they are - pharmacist offers great advice and explains everything in simple to understand terms. Thks

Favourite Priceline to shop at! Staff are always super friendly and helpful, shelves are always stocked and it is such an easy store to navigate. Love that I'm super close to this one:)

The customer service here is actually out of this world - shout out to Sophie, who is amazing, and was able to help me get my hands on an elusive shampoo I’d been looking everywhere for. Can’t recommend this Priceline enough. They’ve got a great selection too

Bad customer service, went shopping with my daughter last week and the staff was passive aggressive and quite rude, I noticed their behaviour was similar to almost all their customer. I would rather travel half an hour to a different store.

Friendly and well trained staff, they always go out of their way to help me and give great advice. The store is always well stocked. Great store to visit:)

Not helpful with something I needed. Shame as I've not had a problem with priceline stores before.

Rude staff. I was there looking for a specific product, less than 2 seconds the asian lady staff said i can't browse here and i said i was not browsing, i'm trying to read and look for the right product. She then responded well you can't stand for too long and i said how am i going to look for the product if i can't read which one is it. I just left straight away. So rude and i will never come back to buy anything here.

It's such an amazing experience shopping at Priceline Warringah Mall.
The sales are fantastic. They have a massive amount of products to choose from.
If I need help I always ask Grace for her professional advice.
Her customer service and product knowledge is exceptional.
I trust Grace and I always buy what she recommends.
I leave the store happy and look forward to my next shopping experience at Priceline Warringah Mall.

By the looks of these other reviews, nobody has gotten the register lady I had. She was so warm and lovely that I felt compelled to make a review. I went in looking for a product, she searched for it on the computer, searched through a pile of new stock delivered, then said she can have a notification sent to me when it's back in stock and they'll hold it for me.

She was so friendly and really helpful.

It was terrible! Staff were so rude, I asked for a product they then proceeded to show me the one product they had for that. They then said I couldn’t afford it and to come when they get more, it was completely inappropriate and I won’t be shopping there again!

I came in on Saturday
There was a big line of customers waiting to be served. I waited and bit anxious because of virus. Only 2 girls were serving, other staff were just walking pass. It took me ages to get out from that shop

Every time i’m greeted with poor customer service and rude attitude

was shopping today and witnessed a group of teenage girls being harassed by workers, accused of shoplifting even though they paid for their items, yelled at in front of the whole store by a staff member to the point where other staff members had to tell her to stop.worst customer service i’ve experienced in my life.

What you need is all there, but be warned that not all the employees are as polite or friendly as others say. Too often have I been greeted with rude comments, with even the superior just displaying negativity as soon as we walk in. "Can't you see that I don't want to deal with you? ".

I used to shop here all the time. It seems to have gone off as the shelves are always empty. It's not as cheap anymore. The staff don't know their products. They didn't even know what Sorbelene cream was. The competition is alot cheaper and they know their products at least.

Very helpful staff, knew what I needed to know. Well stocked with the things I needed. A little more expensive than used to be, but overall would shop there again.

I’d write a review about the customer service but there was none. Customers where walking around aimlessly in need of assistance and it seemed no one was there to help.

As a young lady with facial lessons (ok marks on my cheeks and nose I'm used to it but people do stare) I tend not to by make up for fear of aggravating the marks.

I went in search of foundation and came across a lovely young lady by the name of Sophie her service alone was worth five stars cos she was guiene you don't find many young people like that.she helped me pick out the right product the shade matched perfectly
Next time I have an event i.ll definitely come back to see her
