I have to say a great thank you for the nice lady who held on to a prescription for me today. Much appreciated. I had phoned around different pharmacists for this particular medicine and these guys were the only ones that had any. Thanks again

I thought I would leave a review, I just finished taking my medicine and thought back to my purchase yesterday. My son waited in the car for me and when I returned to the car I said, I don’t know why I ever go anywhere else to get my medication. No matter who serves me, the staff in there are always so helpful and their customer service is wonderful. They are intelligent, efficient and warm. My medication is also cheaper there than all but one other pharmacy chain. And they dispense so promptly. Please know that your service style, people skills, efficiency and prices are noted and appreciated.

Some staff are better than others & have often had a “breakdown in communication”, relaying messages & it only takes 1 staff members attitude to reflect upon the whole business & personal experience

Went to get my Vaccination recently and was impressed by how informative all the staff were, Olivia gave me my shot and was very helpful. Thanks guys!

I came in on friday to get vaccinated and was extremely nervous but Olivia made it such an easy experience for me! She talked me through everything before and after the shot!

We have always experienced Outstanding customer service from this pharmacy Mo always goes above and beyond to provide much appreciated help and advice.

The pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the AZ vaccine. Answered all my questions and was amazing when it came to getting the jab.

Very helpful and knowledgable. The pharmacy runs efficiently and I always receive what I need quickly. I live close by and it's helpful to know that I can always call up knowing they have my scripts on file, ask for what I need to be dispensed, and it'll be ready in no time.

Was really nervous about my first Covid Vax, Kaitlan went above and beyond ensuring I was comfortable, and informed about my choices and gave my a complete run down of potential side effects. I didn't even noticed the jab, she was that gentle.

Wonderful service. I have been using this pharmacy since the start of 2017 and have always been given the best advice. Recently a trip to Port Macquarie (from Newcastle) meant I hadn't bought enough of my anti-epileptic medication with me. When I called the young female pharmacist that I regular converse when I get my scripts filled, and explained my situation, she organised to fax a script to a pharmacy in Port Macquarie. She called me to explain everything as well as let me know when she had complete the script and faxed it off. Highly recommend this pharmacy for its staff alone.
