I would like to give a shout out to Jessica but her badge says Jess for all the help she gave me today. She help me with foundation and how to apply. She was lovely, didnt rush me off even though she had to leave the perfume stall out the front. Beautiful girl and the best help and service I have ever had. I would love for this review to be passed on to her, her store and her boss xo

Myself and two friends got our ears pierced by Emily last Friday, she was so good at making us feel comfortable and ensured to give us all aftercare advice, great experience:)

Emily pierced my ears today and she did such a good job, she made sure they were even and made me feel so comfortable! Amazing work priceline southlands! #whooo

I had my makeup done today by a lovely girl named Jess she is just beautiful now my makeup lasted all day I had a colour match done and over all im very happy with the our come I will be back to see her

I went here to get my year 12 formal makeup done. I arrived there at 12pm and was greeted by Jess, she worked with me amazingly as I had no clear idea what makeup I wanted, she was super kind and considerate of all her choices in makeup and application to me and we were finished by 1pm. The makeup lasted over the whole night and fit my requests of a natural light look with some glam. I was more than happy with the experience and the result, whilst being incredibly convenient and close for me, would highly recommend.

The wait is always super long for prescriptions and the staff is always following me around the store as if im gonna steal.pathetic and racist.

Sadly, this place seems to have gone downhill. I had my daughter booked in for her COVID vaccination that she needed for a cruise. First dose was no problem and booked in for the second dose between Christmas and New Year. A couple of days later I get a phone call wanting to push it back to early January as it gets busy in this period. This meant that it was moved to the absolute last day that she could get it. I found this a little stressful but trusted that because they knew the situation it would be fine.

Then on Friday at 5pm (including the weekend and public holiday this was effectively the day before she was due to get her second dose), I receive a call stating that they had used my daughter’s dose and that they wouldn’t get any more until late January. What was even more disappointing was the total lack of care and just being told that I’ll just have to call around and see if somewhere else can do it. There was no real explanation as to how this happened and it has now left me in a position where a family holiday that has been planned for months is at risk.

Based on my experience I would recommend looking elsewhere for anything important. I won’t be going back!

I generally have a good experience overall in my local Priceline, but Steph in particular is always so friendly to me that we now say hello to each other whenever we see each other anywhere in Southlands. She's a valuable asset to the Priceline team and always goes out of her way to make sure my visit is successful, whatever my needs are. Thanks very much Steph, you are wonderful

The newer Priceline staff at this chemist, couldn't care any less about your needs.
Their communication is extremely poor, in fact their communication of late is NON-EXISTENT.
It's definitely the new chemist staff. They have no basic communication skills, and couldn't be bothered with you as a customer at all. I am def writing from personal experience.
They even try and mask their incompetence by putting Apps in place that make things worse.
It is sad to see our once great community focused chemist with lovely helpfull staff, turn into this corporate machine lacking basic human skills & manners.
Be Warned. Definitely look elsewhere for your local chemist needs.
I know I will from now on.

I had a bad experience from the Priceline pharmacy.firstly, the employees were very rude to customers. Secondly, The price was different. The employees were very unfriendly despite the wrong calculation, so I refunded all the products and was disappointed.

Store kept tidy and you are greeted immediately however, the greeting seemed forced. Whenever you get to the register whoever is on seems to hate life.

I would like to say Steph was absolutely beautiful!
She has the most beautiful and attentive approach in customer service, her presentation is beautiful and she showed 100% dedication to helping me with everything I was there for.

I had an appointment for a flu vaccine, with a very busy schedule I had missed my appointment. I was in contact with a lovely lady by the name of 'Dodie' she was very friendly and understanding and booked me in again. To make things worse I also missed my second appointment, she didn't hesitate to book me in again. All staff were quite friendly and initiated in asking if I needed help.

I am a frequent customer of this pharmacy and have never had any issues before. The young girl with dark hair who served me last night was so terribly rude. She totalled my items so quickly I didn’t have a chance to let her know that I am a Priceline member and when I let her know that I am a member she abruptly replied with “well it’s too late now, I have already put it through”. Her attitude and her tone was appalling, she should have been the one to ask if I were a member before totalling the items. Very disappointed in last nights customer service.

I know it's very busy with the virus but I had to go to the Chemist to get 2 scripts.
I went in, dropped them off and did a little shopping.
Came back a short time later and was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited for awhile and asked the Pharmacist how much longer. Well they found my medication and it has been waiting for me all this time.
I didn't get a apology from anyone. I know it's crazy busy right now but a sorry would have been nice.
