Priceline Pharmacy Parramatta

The person who dispenses OTC medications WAS AMAIZING AND SOO KNOWLEDAGABLE. I didn't notice her name unfortunately. I came in with quite severe backpain and i couldn't even move properly. The lady was super helpful and caring; asked me a few questions and went over my options, and helped me locate the item aswell. The medication (voltaron) worked like a miracle and within 15 min i saw results. Literally live saving and got rid of my problem! Give that lady a raise!

Went there to get my click and collect order. The middle eastern lady keep me waited for 5 minutes in the corner and after getting my items I decided to check inside the bag and I found out that one of the items was missing. Im Seriously, not happy about it.

I came in today to buy some stuff and I got greeted by a lovely staff member by the name of Dione. She was very helpful and patiently helped me navigate my way to find the items I was looking for.

I asked one of the staff if she could help me with the location of medicine, but she ended up saying “NO” without even listening properly. What the heck is going on there? Is that the management you guys are running with?

Absolutely rude and uncooperative staff. Had previously got prescription medicine from them and never got a receipt of repeat back as they mentioned they will keep it for the next time and I agreed. I go back after a month only to deal with a very rude staff member who didn't even bother to check my records and instead was extremely rude and inconsiderate.flung her arms around as she raised her voice and said she could not help. I am now left with no medication going for my health condition. Never going back

Like other reviews the customer service is non existent here. How these women get a job is beyond me they seem so bored and disinterested more concerned with how their nails and hair look. I stumbled in and couldn’t find anyone to assist me till I had a lightbulb moment and realised if I took the escalator downstairs I would arrive at chemist warehouse. Not only are the prices CHEAPER at chemist warehouse for the same items you will get better service!

Worst customer service ever.
Staff are so rude…you must learn how to treat your customer and to be polite…!

I received an Expired product for an online order from this store.

Product ordered and received 10/21
Product Expiry date is 05/21
Thats 5 months after expiry date.

I mean, who does such mistakes in year 2021.

I lost my trust with Priceline.

Staffs are very helpful, still I wish there were more people when you need them but staffs really gives you best advice

I would like to give zero star, but no option for that.
What is the use of having all cosmetics without any testers?
Specially for base products, without testers how would one would buy?
I visited in dec 2020, service desk told will be back in Jan 2021, visted in may 2021, it's been 5 months still no testers not evn for a single brand.
Priceline is advertising tester's are available every where, but in reality none are there.
If some one wants testers, would 100% not recommend.

I went in today to check out products before the black Friday sale ended, and on asking one of the ladies working there the difference between two brands of eyeliners, she replied with a lot of attitude! Honestly, customer service is a pre- requisite for any retail store and if I can't get my questions answered with kindness, then there are plenty of places offering the same products where I'd rather go!

Very bad customer service

I’m from Melbourne, just on holidays in Sydney and I went shopping at Priceline Parramatta today. The Asian girl at the counter was extremely rude. She didn't even greet. Usually customer service entails greeting your customers with a 'hi' or 'hello' and 'how are you'. There was no such greeting and the attitude I got after that was ridiculous. Just cause their eftpos system was playing up. I kept getting told to move my bank card around over the eftpos machine so it could pick up on it.and I was getting blamed for not holding the card right? ! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME? !
Get your systems working correctly before you give attitude to the customer for just holding their card at a contactless level to the eftpos machine. And Priceline…. Please fix the attitude of your staff!

One woman working there who served me was incredibly rude and had a really bad attitude. She took the perfume cabinet keys with her without informing anyone and i had to wait for an extra 30 minutes until she got back. Disapointed because i usually love Priceline

I just went to buy a perfume today. Asked the lady at the counter to help me but she just went ahead and started talking to other people. While I dunn mind her serving other customers first but her attitude was outright rude when I asked her to show me the perfume. If you dunn know how to serve customers dunn take the job to do one. Got so angry left without buying the perfume which I was so excited for.

Very good customer service and wide variety of perfumes & products with great deals. It is in Westfield mall, Parramatta.

Very bad service for CPAP. Peripherals such as masks can only be bought via an appointment only, even if you know what you want to buy.

Be careful when shopping here. They sell unsealed, preopened and reused items. I thinks someone must be switching it from staff as I always check for the seal. This occured for me with a 'The Ordinary' product.
