Went to the store to buy some perfume for my girlfriend, the lady at the checkout was extremely helpful and recommended which my girlfriend loves. Well done

Massive fail. Went in to fill a simple Amoxyl script. The girls took the script, said it would be a few minutes. Others came and went after me, so I approached the counter 12mins later only to be told that they don't have Amoxyl in that dosage. Why did they wait for me to come to them and not tell me sooner? I was standing right there. They then asked me if I'd like to call around other pharmacies myself or if I'd like a different dosage? ! Also that they thought it wasn't made anymore at 1mg concentration. So I called my GP while I was there to ask if a different dosage was ok but of course they could only take a message for me (fair). I asked for the script back after wasting my entire lunch break there. Went to Cammeray pharmacy later. Script filled in sub 2min from entry. If you want to waste your time, go to Priceline Pharmacy in North Sydney

11/10/22 - check out staff at around 9am was grumpy and acts like she's doing you a favour with absolutely no knowledge of products she's selling. No smiles, no greetings, deliberately ignores you and rolls her eyes when you ask questions. Management needs to reevaluate.

Service is always swift.
Can always get everything I need.
Chemist at the back is always informative and helpful.
Convenient and easy spot to shop.

Price gouging rapid antigen tests - $74.99 for 5 pack when $50 for 5 is the price at pharmacy's/ chemist warehouse elsewhere

The team at this branch are super helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you. The lady pharmacist watches your medications and today fast tracked my booster due to planned medical treatment next week.
Even though they are part of a bigger chain this group just wants to do their best and care. Couldn’t be more happy.

This is such a friendly and helpful pharmacy! The staff are fun, really upbeat and the pharmacists are super organised. I had my booster shot there today and the whole process could not have been easier. Thanks for all of the extra work that is going into keeping this vaccine process ticking over!

I had my COVID19 booster jab there on Friday and the nurse who administered it was so sweet. We had a great little chat and she sincerely thanked me for doing my part and getting jabbed. She talked me through some questions about the immunization record too, and is probably a super star with the older people who might be confused by it all. Highly recommend!

Are staffs trained to speak in their language in front of customers? Because if yes, they’re doing a great job at making customers feel unwelcome.

Shoutout to the young staff member that helped me out with skincare! I didn't get her name but she have short black ponytail.she's so cheerful and knowledgable about products and even gave me samples to try which turns out great for my skin! Great improvement!

The staff were friendly and helpful on my visit today, shelves are well stocked and tidy, easily found everything on my list, haven't always had the best service in this store but today (13/4) was an improvement.

Male pharmacist on Monday is very obnoxious, sexist and racist. The language used towards customers and female staffs were extremely disrespectful. Will take my business somewhere else if this reminds the same.

I don't normally write a long review but I'm speechless. I visited the store on 05/02/21 at around lunchtime to get skin serum and sunscreen. I went to pay and the girl at the register noticed that I grabbed the tinted sunscreen so she double checked with me if that was the correct item. I wasn't sure so she offered a skincare assistant to help me as testers are not on display anymore. I had to wait around for the skincare assistant to come and I noticed her behaviour was unacceptable. She sighed and rolled her eyes at me and didn't seem like she wanted to help which made me feel uncomfortable. In addition to that, she doesn't really know much about the products. She looks like she's in her late 40s with coloured hair and very short skirt.

Just a shout out to the pharmacist on this morning, Shahe. Thanks for always being such a pleasure to deal with and so upfront and honest. It’s a real talent!

Went to the big skincare sale day on Tuesday, all staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable and recommended the best skincare, thank you priceline north sydney!

I recommend this pharmacy to people who are looking for good selection of cosmetic product and great customer service.
The pharmacist (Shahi) is the loveliest pharmacist that I’ve ever seen. She is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and friendly.
If you are sick and need medication go there, I bet you will feel better.

Staff was hopeless. I went into their store on Wednesday for their big sale and wanted to try some new skin lotion since there was a huge saving. The lady in the aisle was extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Kept avoiding me and other customers and when asked about the item, she looked confused and just read what's already on the bottle. I have problematic skin and on a medication so I just wanted to know if the product is suitable for my skin. Please train your staff! Staff in her 30s-40s with coloured hair and no name tag. Will not visit this store again.

Recommend this store. I was really happy with their service. The in-charge staff here was really helpful. She gave me good advice for the product range. She also helped me for further clarification with another staff when she was unsure with the question. I really appreciate her help and her service:)

Best priceline i have ever visited. The staff are always friendly and helpful in assisting me with my daily needs. They are knowledgeable in their products with a very professional approach. The store is very neat and tidy with wide range of product!
