Priceline Pharmacy Neutral Bay

Staff are so helpful here. A girl called Katie helped me find a new skin care routine and was so knowledgeable and wonderful. I have had my flu vaccinations here and been happy with the pharmacist. Highly recommend.

Staff should be trained about how to treat customers and what kinda comments could be rude, especially considering we live in a multicultural country.

My partner went to this store with our daughter and a staff member basically felt like asking my partner about this nacionality and saying that our daughter (a toddler - does not look like a person from that country). Only stereotype and non sense, that only shows total lack of knowledge about how to treat a customer, how to deal with this kinda matters and lack of knowledge about what she was talking about! Not what is expected when you go to a pharmacy. Sometimes being quiet can be way better than speaking non sense.

We obviously passed thw matter on to their customer service but no reply.

A long review, however it's needed. This was the first time visiting this pharmacy in a long time, and now I understand why. The girl working behind the counter, the blonde pharmacist, and a large man were beyond rude and basically just plain insulting. I went to get my last escript, which clearly stated "1 supply remaining". I was told numerous times that this supply had already been dispensed, and basically to go away. I knew this wasn't the case as when it has been dispensed, it states this. Then whomever the large man was talking to the blonde lady interrupted everyone and said "Your medication doesn't come with any repeats, that's why! ". Errrr. YES, it does come with repeats. I only ever get it with TWO repeats. They were so unwilling to help, and told me to go elsewhere, which I did. Within 5 minutes I went to a Pharmacy nearby, and I had my medication, with my valid "One Supply remaining". Horrible experience
and service.

Usually good service by the young girls there but the old trout Pharmacist who is also a JP is miserable

I needed a JP to certify a copy of my wedding certificate and not only were they open until 7pm on a standard weeknight but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Perfect local pharmacy and well stocked with everything you need.

Excellent Service! After I fell down in the street I went to Soul Pattinson Chemist Neutral Bay. The kind guy behind the counter as soon as he saw me ask me to sit down and he brought me a glass of water, he cleaned my wounds, put some band aids, and also gave me some advise. Thank you so much.
