Rude, unhelpful, seem determined to not help in any way. Refuse to fill script because of
some problem with a number on the script.
My GP check the script and it was fine.

The worst chemist in the world is better than this messy place!
Once you've opened a product you can't return it even if it's DEFECTIVE. How would you know if your product is defective unless you've opened it? Great question! Terrible policies and rude staff at checkout. Have had multiple poor encounters here with staff making me feel like a burden for having a question, etc. Will never return and will tell anyone I can about this ridiculous return policy.
Excellent customer service. I needed to exchange a faulty item that was out of stock.
The Manager was very professional and managed to sort out a replacement that I was happy with.

RUDEST FLOOR ASSISTANT EVER.
. Was in this store Friday 23rd approx 4.30pm, was looking at cosmetic creams, when this employee came up behind me with this huge pallet of ripped up boxes, and yelled out excuse me.
Turned around and asked the employee where do you want me to go?
She just gave me a blank stare, so I moved all the way out of the isle to let her thru.
Then she proceeded to scream at me YOU DON'T NEED TO BE ANGRY ABOUT IT.
I wasn't, and she looked around at other customers as if to say, poor me, as a worker, and scoffed.
Well then I was angry and promptly left the stoor.
