Priceline Pharmacy MetCentre Sydney reviews
12Extremely unprofessional, I saw the old lady get into a screaming match with her customers and then take it out on a staff member
The female pharmacist was rude and cut me off when I was talking multiple times. Also charged me a $5 "donation" to watch me sign a document which when I asked she said was to Priceline. I hope in the future they can put "donations" to actual good causes that help society.
Have had issues twice now with the pharmacists insisting they have sent me my digital prescription only for this not to reach me by email or SMS. They don't stay on the phone long enough to ensure you have received it before promptly hanging up on you.
Closed at 5.40, half an hour before the closing time. Travelled far for this but it was closed. Disappointing
The old lady working the cash register was extremely rude and nosy. Had a script for something and scoffed at me when she scanned the items. Don't shop here if you don't want to be judged.
Amazing service by the pharmacist (Sritha?). She explained everything very clearly and ordered a medicine that is not usually held in stock by pharmacies. The medicine arrived the day after.
Lady with glasses very rude, I’m always buying stuff from Priceline but she sort of accusingly kept asking 3x if I need help when trying out literally 2 products. If you don’t want people to try stuff, don’t have testers? When I said sure, do you have a tissue (cleaning up a small amount of powder that split) she rolls her eyes. Ok!
The older Indian Pharmacist is abusive and utterly unsuited to any customer facing role.
I had an allergic reaction to a product purchased from the store and attempted to return it. He yelled at me and argued for some time before threatening to remove me from the store with security.
I spoked with Priceline Head Office and confirmed that their policy is to accept returns and offer refunds for allergic reactions.
Do not spend your money or time here.
Staff are super friendly and are close with each other. Makes for a highly entertaining skipping experience. Had vaccinations here, had the friendliest, gentlest injector. Highly recommend. Wish this was my regular shop
They should treat their employees better and being more professional.
Their range of products is good.
Shopped there earlier this week, the blond lady with glasses is quite helpful and professional.
Just shopped there, the lady at the counter with glasses seems a bit lack of customer service. I really felt be rushed when I was taking my card out of my bag to pay, the experience just wasn’t good, but the other lady with black hair is friendly.
