Priceline Pharmacy Merrylands

Hi I am local priceline chemist customer love the service and the girls. Specially Nisa, but the manager she's rude. Her service even if you try to talk she doesn't even look your face very high maintenance. Sadly I will rudder go any other priceline but merrylands sorry. Hopefully she will or someone else see this review.

If I could give no stars I would. The pharmacist is rude. Every time you go there you are left waiting to be served and lucky if you get served within 10 mins of waiting. They serve other customers that arrive after you, they need to get rid of the rude pharmacist, I will NEVER go in there again. Do yourself a favour walk up to Cincotta chemist up near Coles they always serve with a smile and always ready to help.

Just wanted to thank the manager and staff at Priceline Pharmacy in Merrylands for their kindness and support in allowing me to buy children's medicine for the earthquake victims in Syria and Turkey.
The manager was understanding after I showed her the goods that were to be sent via a container shipment and said I could take as much as I want.

Im a local here and highly recommend the pharmacy. One time a customer had collapsed and the pharmacist was quick to their aid. Very friendly, presentable and the staff are very friendly. Always helpful. They have always got the stock you need.

They always do an excellent job delivering my prescriptions on time. I always receive outstanding customer service each time I enter and leave the store.

I went in with our script to this chemist as it was sunday and all other were closed and 1 didn't have our brand, we always pay around $29-32 for it they tryed to charge us $64 and as being on a pension we couldn't afford it.so as a favour and its was nearly closing they charged us $39 i asked why and was told its a private script and we can charge what we want!
I asked my doctor about this he said normally its discounted and yes all 4 different chemist do but this one.will never go here again if the want to rip pensioners off.

Shocking went in today to get my medication. It took so so long for them to call me, when they called me one of the medication was missing. Customer service is a zero.

So much wait they put three people front of us n made wait for 1 hour for an injection, does want to help us with booking either n no information was given about booking which was simple thing to do.never want to come back here again unless I'm just dying.

For such a busy store the customer service was excellent! I was asked at least 4 times by various staff members if I needed help (I am in a wheelchair so any help is gratefully received). Zac was very knowledgeable with the vitamins too. I felt confident in my purchases and would definitely recommend this store and it's attentive staff!

Booked a booster shot for moderna, process was extremely rushed and over in two minutes. Employee administering the shot insisted on not providing me with a bandaid because 'since it's covid we want to avoid too much contact with surfaces'. Additionally, no information was given regarding the type of dose given where I had to double check that she was providing the correct one.

They're selling their covid tests for higher then recommended retail price, the company they're supplying rrp is $14.90 for 2 tests, Priceline is selling them $15.00 for 1 individual test. Disgusting and I will make sure everyone knows.
