Priceline Pharmacy Kotara

On multiple occasions now I have sent my children in (16 & 18 years old) to buy either Nurofen or eye drops and on each occasion the pharmacy has refused to sell to them and have told them to tell me to come in and get it myself. They’re not young children and its only nurofen or eye drops I need.

My friends and I visited Priceline Kotara the other day and we are not satisfied with our experience. As soon as we showed interest in a product a rude old lady with lipstick on her teeth approached us and insisted we give her the product so she could keep it at the register for us. We said we weren’t sure if we wanted to buy it yet but she simply didn’t care and practically snatched them from us as she was convinced we were trying to steal. This instant age discrimination is ridiculous, always thinking the worst of us. Just because we are teenagers doesn’t excuse this treatment.
Such an unpleasant experience.

I'm a regular at priceline as I buy sports tape. Almost everytime I go in to Kotara a short old lady is bullying the staff. Ruins the whole environment for everyone, I hate stopping by.

Very bad experience with this shop.
I went in sharp 17: 15 for one inhaler with prescription.
The lady looks like shop manager or something told me in rule attitude that the shop is closed.
The pharmacist has picked everything with her package.
Has been treated as a beggar.

A few weeks ago I came in to have a script filled, only now am I able to leave a review because I was so embarrassed and upset by the treatment of one of the boys at the scripts counter. I think its disgusting to tell somebody to talk to their GP about making better lifestyle choices because you can't fill their script. How do you think i got my script to begin with? You cant judge somebody with a script from a doctor like that! Quite appalled and i will not be back

Waited for at least 5 minutes to be served when I finally did get served the assistant was extremely rude and unapologetic to my wait time. Would I go back to this pharmacy, umm no!

I had a terrible experience with Jan. She shamed me and made me feel terrible when I was just trying to get some medication for myself. Extremely disappointed. As a healthcare professional myself, this goes against every rule of healthcare; to be compassionate and to not judge. Jan needs to take a good look at herself, as I would hate for anyone else to feel the way she made me feel. I would give 0 stars if I could. The judgement and shaming is not ok.

Great prices and heaps of variety from medication, makeup, body wash, creams, deoderant, and heaps more drop in and check it out for ur self

Our go to pharmacy, the staff are always happy to help. My 13¾ year old had her second COVID-19 vaccination here yesterday and both were organised very well.

Donna is amazing. Always extremely helpful and ensures you get the best customer service! With incredible product knowledge, Donna always makes you feel super comfortable allowing for a really positive experience! Couldnt recommend her more!

Had amazing help from the lady’s in pink and both pharmacists. They helped me find pain relief that was okay for use whilst pregnant, super helpful from the start and using the muscle cream now I am so happy they recommended it to me. Fantastic service! Thank you

Visited the store last Wednesday, the employee at the cash register was an asian woman with short black hair, and was very friendly and displayed great customer service skills. Will visit again.

Very disappointed with Priceline Pharmacy Kotara, I always love shopping at Priceline, but after the experience I had with the Pharmacist from Kotara, has really put me off. I had a script with me that was out of date, which I hadn't realised (I had another one at home and would of gone home and got it), but the Pharmacist was so rude to me telling me that I couldn't get this made up, she made such a scene, a lot of people in the store could hear about my sensitive situation, I was made to feel so embarrassed.

Very unhappy with the service here. I was ignored completely and then treated poorly once I had the pharmacy attendants attention. She then started to gossip about me to other employees and even worse - TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I have never experienced such poor service and encountered someone so rude and unprofessional. She is supposed to be providing a service. Do NOT recommend going here.

Terrible Customer Service from the supposed make up experts.stand there looking at themselves in the mirror. Shocking. Avoid

The blatant stupidity & lack of pharmaceutical knowledge is enough to never go back. When asked when I was given my prescription and I answered, I was asked with an extremely confused look why I was using my prescription. Don't waste your time. I was also charged double the amount that I should've been.

All of the shop attendants stand at the front of the shop and gossip and don't even offer any assistance (we waited 5 mins for help). When at the register, there was no smile or any politeness. Poorly stocked too.

Pharmacist did not authorise an over the counter hydrocortisone cream even though my GP recommended it and yelled out my symptoms over the counter on front of other customers, which was quite embarassing. The store opened late and the staff ignored all the customers standing outside once they had opened, as we weren't sure if we were able to come in yet. Will definitely not be returning.
