Priceline Pharmacy Dee Why

I have been at this store a number of times recently. The specials are great, their gifts are really pretty. Bought a great range of Frozen gifts for kids. The staff are so friendly and today I spent enough to get a free skincare gift bag which is full of great products. The staff are really nice.

What a friendly team they have at deewhy Priceline. The lady in the makeup section and the guy at the front counter were so helpful and kind! Lovely environment!

Always excellent service and advice from the pharmacists here. All staff are very helpful and friendly and you’re in and out so quickly. Never had to wait long for anything!

We had to order in some medication and pick that up the following day. A lady pharmacist made a mistake of double charging for the medicine, which happens to all of us.
But. When she was asked for an explanation, she displayed superiority and used primitive, lecturing and dismissive language. Finally she admitted her fault, but was not willing to say sorry. A true shame for the company.
If Priceline wants to action the incident, then the transaction time was 5: 40 PM, 22/07/2022.

Awful experience with unfriendly lady at checkout counter. Won’t be back or recommend to anyone.

I recently shopped at your store in DY grand & was helped by a fabulous team member by the name of Patricia. I was confused about which product was best for me & she took the time to explain the differences to me. I had been in retail for over 30 years & I know it is hard to find good customer service these days. I would imagine that Patricia is a great a asset to your store. I will shop there again.

I really had worst experience with Covid-19 vaccination today around 1504pm. The immuniser was very rude. She didn’t have courtesy to explain pre and post procedure. Never came and asked after the vaccination how am I feeling. Waited for more than 15min after the vaccination. She was very disrespectful and got annoyed when I asked her about the detail in the vaccination certificate. I wouldn’t recommend to get vaccination from her.

How long have I got? !? 1 Placed a click and collect order - never got a phone call or text and had to follow it up myself days later. 2 The pharmacist treats me like I’m stealing something when I ask for my medication with a 6 month old prescription. There was one repeat left love! 3 They added an extra $3 on my medication and said it had gone up in price and when I went to Chemist warehouse the next day it was the original price. 4 They gave me a voucher that expired the same day after I spend >$60 or more - so many things to complain about here but I have run out of room!

Staff always willing to help. Also had my covid vaccine with then and they made it very easy. Thank you guys for being there for our community

The staff at Priceline Dee Why are always very friendly and helpful, but today I really felt exceptionally well looked after. I had my fist Covid vaccination with them and it couldn't be better. The pharmacist was great and the jab painless. A big thank you to Juliana and the team.

What a great progressive manager this store has. Customer service from the staff is second to none. Jan the beauty consultant knows all about beauty products. A fantastic experience shopping in a well stock store.

Last week i came with my Granddaughter for some gift. Tinzan was amazing, cheerful, knowledge and helpful. She made for a great and welcoming experience at the store with genuine enthusiasm and attention to my needs and hygiene. All the staff were lovely, lively and helpful. Definitely be back soon!

I am extremely impressed by Tenzin and the makeup she applied for me. The products and prices are such great quality and Tenzin was so friendly and professional. I will certainly be back again!

Today I visited the Priceline store for some cosmetic products. I was assisted by Julia who was so helpful. Julia went through all the makeup products and had excellent knowledge about all of the products available. I will definitely be visiting the store again!
