I booked in a makeup service a few weeks ago and even though the money was redeemable on products, it was still such a waste as I was so rushed at the end I couldn't even properly pick out anything. I had to go and wash off everything and try and do it myself! Staff member was not a makeup artist and I felt too uncomfortable to continue and I had tried to mention a couple I didn't like what she was doing, but her whole attitude was also very off putting, borderline rude. I have photos of how she did my makeup and I'm still shocked looking back at them, the foundation wasn't my colour even though she assured me it was, there was so much that wasn't blended properly and I could go on. I kept having to ask her to fix things, eg my lip liner and lip stick were smudged and she was going to let me walk out like that. Such a shame as I have had makeup done at this priceline a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. Absolute waste of time and money. I left, cried in my car and was late to my event because I had to rush to do it all myself.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Me and my friend got accused of stealing whilst looking through our bag for money we were then told that we had to get our bags searched even though we had not stole anything and the staff member who was standing behind us the whole time would have clearly seen we did not put anything in our bags. We were even so nice about it even though we felt extremely uncomfortable and under pressure to say who had served us 1 hour beforehand. And I never got a sorry for them accusing me for stealing I will not recommend coming here I and personally will not be coming back.

I found the pharmacist very kind and friendly, and recommend the pharmacy very strongly to anyone.

This afternoon I entered the pharmacy and was kindly greeted by the girls in the store. As I was browsing in the aisles near the dispensary I could clearly hear the male pharmacist speaking condescendingly about/to his colleagues. Shameful, careless and unprofessional on his behalf. Can only imagine what he has to say about customers.

Absolute disgusting attitude displayed by the pharmacist. Aggressive behaviour toward a heavily pregnant women in store in front of other staff and customers. This behaviour should not be brought into a store by any means.

Went to fill a script with my client living with a disability. My client has a medical mask exemption. The pharmacist asked if my client could Wear a mask I said no they have a mask exemption. I was told that they pharmacist needs to protect themselves said i Understand but you need to understand my client has a 5 second memory span. He told us we would have to wait outside. My client has cerebral palsy which is clearly visible no chair was offered for them to sit down on as they get tired easily. Discrimination against a person with a disability who can’t wear a mask is so wrong on many levels. Last time I will go to this pharmacy who discriminate against people who medically can’t wear a mask.

I recently got my makeup done from Nikki at the Charlestown store and honestly I could not be happier! Nikki’s application was perfection all while she walked me through what each product was for.

My makeup stayed just as perfect at the end of the night which survived sweating, drinking and rainy/windy weather.

I can not wait to come and get my makeup done again!

Terrible services, I never seen like them before very rude pharmacist, disrespectful workers, will never visit this store again.

I attempted to visit the store today 17/10/2021 and was refused entry for not wearing a mask, despite me explaining to the team member I have a medical exemption. I was advised the owner has told the staff to refuse entry, despite me having a legal medical exemption from wearing a mask. I was entering to fill scripts which generally cost be $250. I happily took my business to another Pharmacy who did not discriminate.

I have cancer and the pharmacist refused to sell mean antihistamine for eczema and sleep (which my GP recommended). Had to go to another pharmacy which was a pain. Would not go back to this store as the pharmacist seemed to have a bad attitude (perhaps because he didn’t become an actual doctor). Just annoying tbh.

Very poor customer service, nasty lady take your prescription for long time then back pushing you to buy the expensive brand. Never go there again.

Love going to this store, staff are always friendly and helpful. Must have a new manager because lately it’s been even better. Nothings to much for them.

I went to your chemist on Saturday and the man behind the counter took the time to explain to me which painkiller medicines I could take together. A chemist has never explained this to me before and it was very informative.

Extremely happy with makeup service. Nicola was friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I was about to travel overseas and asked to get my name printed on a sticker and put on the migraine medication that I was going to buy over the counter. The girl serving me was incredible, but when she discussed my request with the pharmacist he was extremely rude to her and refused to put a name on the box. I have had this done every time I travel and nil issues. And in order to confirm this isn’t a new thing where they can’t do this, I went to another Priceline and they were more than helpful.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from a “male” doctor today, while in with my elderly mother in law, she had bought in paperwork from her doctor and was asking advice, the doctor simply said “no” and turned away, without offering further assistance, or even looking at the prescription paperwork,
When I asked for help, as I am visiting from Melbourne, he was extremely rude, and shrugged saying “I don’t know what you want me to do”
Coming from a larger city, I expected more hospitality, or even the BASIC customer care that even a child can seem to display in a primary school.

I am saddened for my mother in law, and frankly red with rage over how arrogant a “professional” can be to someone in their 60’s asking for advice.

Staff had to run every single thing through manager. On sale prices are not labelled on any item. We spent almost 15min waiting for things to be sorted.
