I do go a lot to this store, I admit, I go for make up, haircare, prescriptions, and vitamins. They only lose one star because I witnessed a lady using all of the make up samples/testers to put on a full face of make up, not just to try a little bit, but the whole full face. When I informed the cashier she said it happened and shrugged her shoulders and didn't give a care in the world.

I purchased my normal medication here to which I was charged $50. I thought oh there must have been a price increase because normally I paid $31 from the discount chemist in Botany. I was in Botany for work and popped in to get my script filled and guess what. Still $31. How can there be such a massive price difference?

Thanks so much to Alex and Sam who were locking up when i arrived at 8pm last night. They reopened the store to sell me desperately needed eyedrops. So kind ladies. Thank you! Claire

The worst medical centre I have ever been to. Sat for 2 hours with my 98 year old father. Made an appointment at 11 got in at 1 pm. Shocking. And not one staff member came to check on us or apologise for delays. The office staff do not space appointments out properly. The Dr Sidra Rehman was lovely but also stressed due to this. She didn't even have time for lunch. I politely told the receptionist my complaint and she dismissed me arrogantly. Just absolutely a terrible experience. Also the blood pressure machine broke and staff entered the medical room willy nilly without knocking on us and every patient I saw go in.

Please alter your advertised closing time to reflect 8pm on Friday as opposed to 9pm. Got there at 8pm to find you closing up.

If you aren't going to be open at 8 am, or even 8.45am.please update your hours on your door and website.

Very expensive for prescription medicine. Beware. Example: I was charged $21.63 for Lipitor 80 mg 30 tabs. I buy the same original medicine at Chemist Warehouse for $8.99. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience but not more than double the price!
