Was delighted to be served by Angelica! Great customer service, very professional, surely new about the products, keep up your excellent work.

They refused sell a medication, even I have a prescription. They said that they have “customers” waiting for it. Shame on you Priceline, I have been customer of your chain for a long time. Definitely will reevaluate my options.

I hate the lady today (5-July-23 around 4: 20ish pm) in the pharmacy section of Priceline Margaret St. I was buying for a pharmacy-only ointment for my bum. She kept on pointing me to the ones that are on the shelves, when i specifically told her that im looking for a specific one that can only be provided by the pharmacy. She clearly doesn’t know it since she asked me what is it for. When i told her it was for haemorrhoid, she just pushed me to the ointment on the shelves. Didn’t even bother checking her computer to search and just decided to say they dont have it. Whoever you are, i hate you. Hope you feel the same pain or worse of what i’m feeling right now. The kind of pain where you have to go out early from work or have sleepless nights because the pain wakes you up. You are a disgrace to this company. If you dont like your work get the hell out of there and give it to someone who has empathy.

Be careful with the pricing on the shelves because when you go and pay the price is different on the high side and then you have to wait for a refund 3 days very disappointing.

Pam on the front counter that is on shift from around 8am is an absolute gem. I always go in to purchase one item and walk out with more than expected. A true sales lady!

I usually don't need prescriptions filled as I'm relatively healthy but after getting my tooth implanted, I was in need of some antibiotics and other items. Elisa was very patient, helpful and gave great advice on what to do and how these medicines worked. Would highly recommend.

The lady on the front desk whenever I go in in the mornings before work is amazing. She makes each shopping trip a comfortable experience! Thanks Pam

Great service! The quality of service from the staff here is exceptional. I ‘shopped’ here during hotel quarantine after coming home from overseas. They always went out of their way to help me out. Thank you

Got my COVID vaccine here. Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly staff. There is a supermarket downstairs and a coffee shop nearby. During lockdown you can do many essential things all within a radius of 30 metres.

The store manager is rude!
Visited the store to buy some body wash and lotion this afternoon. The system seemed having a connection issue that not reading the member card or allowing card payment. The lady at cashier called the store manager for help, however, the store manager simply could not be bothered to check the system but said you get cash from the next door.
She even not tried to log in to the other system and give a try!

What a shame! The other staff are nice though.

The staff are honest with opinions and extremely helpful. I’m a regular customer. However I wish it was open till at least 6pm.

Highly recommend Elisa, the pharmacist. She shares information, explains interactions, orders item to keep on hand just for me, has called a Doctor's office chasing up a prescription that hadn't been sent in yet but said it would be done immediately. I moved out of her area but still go there when I can to see her.

The store staff are also lovely and helpful.

Was there just after 8 to a closed door. When asking a staff member entering if they are opening, her reply was 'the door is closed' (obviously). I waited a couple more minutes and left. Does not open at 8 and seems the friendly staff have been replaced with rude ones.

They close the store earlier than the scheduled opening time which caused inconvenience when you need to collect your prescription medicines

Crooks. Charge $5 for a statutory declaration. I could understand if they were busy but the shop was totally empty.

Pharmacy staff Angela and Eliza are both really lovely and friendly! Angela especially (who I see there more often) is happy to explain things and does so very well!
The rest of the staff are all friendly too, it's great to have this so close to work

Very honest staff at this store. I dropped an envelope with a large sum of money inside and a staff member found it and put it in the office. I am very grateful for this honesty. The store is good anyway and I am a regular customer.

I asked for a lipstick shade (Maybelline) to an old lady named Christine when she was filling out the Maybelline counter as there is no more shade left behind the lipstick tester. She said there is no more shade on that lipstick cause she said she always filled the counter every morning. But when I looked at the bottom of the drawer where she was sitting down, there’s a lot of shade of that lipstick that I wanted to buy. My goodness! If you don’t want to sell anything on that shop or if you are too lazy to check the drawer at the bottom then DON’T WORK THERE OR DON’T PUT IT OUT SO CUSTOMERS WON’T SEE THEM AND WASTE THEIR TIME TO ASK YOU FOR YOUR HELP OR TO GET IT FOR THEM! Unbelievable!

Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond for you (and put up with strange remarks from other customers!)
