Priceline Penrith

Asked if item was stocked at another Priceline and apparently they dont have the ability to check. Strange but they do have the ability to call and ask to help a customer out.
I waited 5 minutes in line while watching other staff chat and do nothing just to be told no anyway.
Rubbish service do better

Deserves less than 1 star, my wife bought a milani gift pack from priceline 4 weeks ago. It came with a gift card inside for 50% off milani foundation. My wife went to use it today and apparently the gift card had expired in December even though she only bought the pack in March. She asked the manager Kylie, if she would honour it, as they are still selling the gift pack at penrith priceline. She told her no. My wife suggested that perhaps they should take the gift package off the shelf that included an expired vochure. The manager couldn't even be bothered looking up her membership to see that she only purchased the gift pack 4 weeks ago. She was really disappointed with customer service from priceline penrith.

Never got what's needed baby section small and only ever have what Woolworths have so if you check Woolworths there's no point walking into Priceline.

When I first walked in Priceline I was tense and stressed
I don't normally buy or wear makeup so it was very daunting for me trying to find correct products
Thankfully I had Caitlin assist me
Caitlan was patient, very thorough in explaining each product to me
By the end of my shopping experience I was relaxed and thankful I had someone with great expertise

This shop is in Westfields Penrith Plaza and on the bottom level.
There is easy parking and access for all including disabled, with 2 hours free parking or 4 hours if you join on Westfields app.

I had great service and the young man was so pleasant and patient.i ened up spending $80.00 which was actually$160.00.everthing was half price.in this particular store ive always fpund the staff very helpful and friendly.

I love Priceline Penrith, Daniel who serves me quite regularly is so great! He is very passionate, gives great expert advice with a very friendly smile. All the staff are great, especially Daniel!

My wife was recommended to this chemist for the Sleep Apnea department. We were told that the staff there were lovely and that they were very helpful.
My wife had a terrible experience with another supplier and the young lady there really looked after her and could understand her situation and really knew about sleep apnea, machines, pricing etc.
They rent you a mask for a week at a very reasonable price and the price of the rental goes towards the cost of the mask in the end.
This is really helpful because it's quite traumatic trying to find the mask that suits you best and they are very very helpful here, particularly when you are struggling to find the mask that suits you.
I highly recommend them.

Asked a worker a question to which she replied rudely, then proceeded to mock my question with another worker infront of me

Extremely Bad Customer Service
Walked in there to find what i was after to buy what i was after but the workers.they mistreat their customers so rudely and disrespectfully by having a nasty attitude, stalking their customers around disrespectfully and judge their customers because of their age, background etc.felt VERY uncomfortable, unwelcomed, highly disrespected and mistreated in their store.i don't recommend Priceline Pharmacy, Penrith Westfield 2750

Bought a Olay Luminous Treatment there couple days ago and found that the manufacture date was about 2 years ago (best case), went back to try to return it, they OPENED IT and a few people TOUCHED IT and gave it back to me, and said due to health and safety reason, they can't return or exchange any products. If you are worried about H&S, why it's OK for you to open the product and gave it back to me?
I am very upset and disappointed.

If there's anything you want in cosmetics, skin and body care, you can't go past Priceline. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff will assist with your needs.

I was looking for some products to help my daughter with skin issues and was assisted by Taylah who went over and above to help us with advice. She searched for samples of some products and was very compassionate towards my daughter. We came out smiling and decided that we’ll return to this store to purchase more products, even though there’s a closer one to our house. The checkout operator, Charlotte was also helpful and kind. Very impressed with the service at this store!

Products on the shelves are often unstocked, unavailable, damaged or open. Very hard get help from assistants
