I see Richard and the staff at priceline Mt druitt as family. They are always very kind and helpful and happy to go out of their way to help me. Even to delivering my husband's cancer medications on occasion through covid when I couldn't risk going out and then beautiful flowers when he passed away. I couldn't ask for more

Always prompt and attend to customers especially Richard who always looks on my prescription meds for over 16 years. And still going. As long as I live in the area, Priceline is my go to pharmacy.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Anita the darling, oh Such a lovely soul she is, I was looking for a 30ml cream / moisturizer to carry with me for Travel for me and kids and couldn't find one, she not only helped searching for one on top of that when we couldn't find anything she gave me free 9 sample of 3ml each to carry with me.
Ohh she is love. Thankyou so much guys I can pack peacefully now and thanks for wishing me best for Travel.

Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Been a regular at this store for many years now and I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else. Any time there’s a issue, the staff are always happy to help and go that extra mile. The entire team are so friendly and full of smiles.

Disgusting Childish Behavior For Mt Druitt. The Suburb is improving so is the shopping center but Richard and team are PATHETIC. Outrageous Customer service. Flirting with the counter staff while customers are present!

They deserve 0 star. This staff instead of refunding me charged my card again. Imagine the hassle of going back and showing everything for a refund especially when u live far away. And above all she was so confident when i asked about refund.no no it will be in your account in couple of days. Image how these people would be screwing old and people who dont monitior there accounts. And they always push for inhouse brand. Be careful

Poor customer care and extremely judgmental staff and direct discrimination from an older lady with a blonde bob. I got a refund and bought the same colour Brites die from Woolworths for less

Working in retail you have to keep an eye out for suspicious people, but it is also important to maintain your customers dignity and show respect when dealing with them expecially if your customer is not doing anything wrong a part from dressing casually you want to maintain business

Would give no stars if I could, they only give hand sanitiser/soaps/etc if you're white. The manager picks and chooses who gets what. I saw a white woman in front of me get given hand sanitiser/painkillers, and the counter lady had the audacity to say "we only sell to staff, it's company policy", and try hid the hand sanitisers under the counter in front of me.

Funny how company policy applies only when the customer is asian, not white. Save yourself the trouble, go to literally anywhere else. It's sad to see a shop in a wonderful multicultural hub like Mt Druitt being discriminatory. Don't support a racist business.

Like any other Priceline Pharmacies, prescription and off the shelf medicines available along with a good range if vitamins and supplements, skin care, personal grooming and fragnance. Good range of products, good service and friendly staff.
Located within Mount Druitt Westfield shopping centre which is a big shopping centre. Offers big parking area, disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops.

The rest of the staff is really well mannered and all have great product knowledge, Ive had nothing but good experiences in this pharmacy and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

A good priceline outlet. It is in westfield Mount Druitt below medical centre. Reason for 4 star is that stock availability during promotion periods is not very good.

We purchased a vicks vaporiser in the city and tried to replace it in the store. Supervisor Elina tried to make all kinds of esxcuses like 1) the receipt looks little faded, 2) we dont sell vicks anymore 3) Priceline does not accept warranties for other stores. 4) weekends are busy so please come back at weekdays to see a different manager.very bad customer service.chemist warehouse is a lot better.

I took my little sister here to get her ears pierced for the first time and it was the WORST experience. Firstly the service was horrible, the lady that did it had no customer service whatsoever. There was no privacy my 5 yr old sister had to sit while the piercing was happening with a line of people watch though the door at her. Secondly the gun got stuck around the jewel and the piercer basically tried to shake the gun off with no care. Thirdly the earrings were too small and were so tight that one popped off a day later and the second one popped through her ear and got stuck, we had to take her to the doctors to get it removed! Overall it was the worst experience for my little sister and I would not recommend getting any piercing done here if I could give a lower rating I would.
