Amy is wonderful! She did my seconds for my ears, she was so diligent and safety conscious. Made me feel so comfortable. Would recommend 100%

The sale person ther r very good but I went to get medicinee and the pharmacy assistant was not nice cery rude and not want to help me. Next time I will not shop in you store they seem very racist to Indian people if you not lebanise they don’t want to help. Very arrigant make pharmacy muhammed

Amy/Amal was amazing! Went in to get an ear piercing and she was lovely. Very customer oriented, an absolutely amazing woman. She's an absolute gem and Priceline is very lucky to have her. I will only get my piercings from her from now on. She spent time mapping out the piercings and ensuring it looks exactly how we want.

Amy is the best piercer i’ve ever had. She’s funny, sweet and made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get my ears pierced because of how great she is

I visited Priceline pharmacy to have my 1.5year old daughters ears pierced. Amy was wonderful- so professional and friendly. As you can imagine, a toddler is tricky to hold still and settled whilst prepping to have her ears pierced but she was so calm and focused and had it done in no time. I highly recommend her!

On 13th Dec 2022, I took my baby to see AMY, the baby ear-piercing specialist at Priceline Burwood. Her shift had ended, she had not had her lunch either, yet she still managed to fit us in after I had waited around for 30min walking up and down the centre waiting for our turn and by that time it was eating into my daughter's nap time. She was so understanding and did a FANTASTIC job, was so kind and patient (she did it with a smile too - I wouldve been hangry by then) having had to stay back past her shift. Thank you so much Amy. I know your fav lucky number is 13 but that day I felt I was super lucky to have met you and for you to work your magic on my daughter's ears that day

Hi I was served by this tall girl at 7.41pm today. Extremely rude and condescending when she talks. For a 17 year old it’s pathetic the ways he is.

A staff named aliyah was rlly helpful and approachable, I was confused over makeup brands but was able to shop in ease with her assistance

Amy is great! She is very experienced and helpful. Good job. No pain at all. Did my piercing with her and had to return as I removed the earring before the 6-weeks period and the hole closed. She is very patient and help me to fix the problem. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Muskan was the best she made my skin look so juicy with all her tips and tricks love her! Everyone go to Priceline pharmacy in burwood and ask for her because she knows her shizzle

I used to like shopping from this branch (it’s my local Priceline)
but it’s not pleasant anymore after they moved to their new location. There are so many staff now and apparently they don’t have much to do, so they are all constantly just coming to check you if you are okay! Thank you but ‘yes i am okay’! Cosmetic shopping is not enjoyable if the staff is trying to tell you all the special discounts and deals. I will put my headphones on and pretend like I’m not hearing anybody if I go again.

Can’t thank Mouhammad enough for his help today! We went to 3 pharmacies for a specific medicine and none had stock. Mouhammad went above and beyond to make multiple phone calls to make it happen. He even got his colleague to bring the medicine from Lidcombe to the Burwood store.

Attended shop 301 for my little 4 years old daughter for a her ear piercing.
A Very unprofessional and moody lady providing the service. She gets easily upset over the ear piercing as she was thinking she can position the ear piercing on her own decision. My daughter is my child and I tell you what I want. Also ear piercing its a permanent so i wanna make it right.
Lady was angry at me for no reason. She cant drew a dot but getting angry and treating me by words that its ridiculous and that she will kill me. I could feel how angry she was.
Done the ear piercing and left with some sour test. After couple of hours one of the stud holder fell off and we had to go back to fix it. The manager was helpful and we fix it without the present of that particular person.
Not recommended as the attitude and service is not to the standard and also it is a very important matter to a child.

Best Priceline I have ever been in. The staff are super friendly and very well knowledgeable about the products they are recommending. Had to also speak to a pharmacist and he was lovely gave me great advice. No doubt that this will be my regular pharmacy to visit from now on. Great job team

That's ridiculous that I have to travel today from Burwood back to the city where I purchased yesterday a Schol orthodic insert from. I was told by a staff in the city that I can return it at any outlet. Even the policy says:
(That the product can be returned anywhere within the Price line shop).

The staff member in Burwood refused it and said that they did not stock this product so I have to return it to the store in the city.
I will not buy anthing from them anymore. Policy.what policy!?
