Asked for help, but 1 staff was rude. I am talking, being nice agreeing to what she has to say and sharing my concerns - she interrupts & says phrases such as “Listen” “Let me tell you” or uses her hand to shut me up. She just wont shut up. Had side comments too. I felt like I was working in retail and she was the customer?
It was quite an unhealthy conversation, rather it wasn’t a conversation. She doesn’t know how to listen. People like that are so tiring to converse with.
She was able to recommend products but damn control your tongue who do you think you are talking to me like that?

Very rude staff at the register. Didn’t even spoke a word and when I greeted her she didn’t even responded.
Usually staffs are nice there.

Had vaccination for my kids and me this year. Pharmacy lady supported well. She is alone managing this

Located in level 2 Westfield Parramatta. Mid size pharmacy shop with a reasonable collection of medicines and personal care products. Also provide services for vaccination shots and flu shots. Wait time for the flu shot was higher due to lack of personnel.

Horrible pharmacists and manager. There were 4 pharmacists behind the desk but my partner who was with crutches had to wait for 1 hr to get two medicines. They made a mistake of putting one label on the packing with two medicines in it. Manager has been harassing my partner by calling everyday to come and pay it. He is already a depressing patient and I hope the management will take strict against her. My work hrs do not give me the flexibility to go and pay it.
Manager calls every day and yells to n my partner for their staff mistakes. My partner is a disabled person. He can’t travel on his own.

Very friendly staff and store is set out so its easy to find what your looking for. Also good pricing and clearence sales with very reasonable discounts. A nice clean place to shop at.

I went there to buy some medicine for kids. There was not a single staff to help any customer, just one staff at the cash register.

A good priceline outlet with decent stock. At priceline you can fine a variety of beauty, body care and general stuff. Dont forget to get their free sister club membership qhich will give you one point for every 1 dollar spent. Also get $5 credit on your birthday. They have very goos specials/ price deals almost every month. You can get prescription medicines aswell but not at cheapest price like that of chemist warehouse unless you have got with you the health care card. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommended this shopping here during special offers.

Pls give Hayley (?) a raise. She's an absolute unit with her extensive knowledge and A+ customer service. She not only helped steer me to the right products, but had also considered my need for value for product. Overall, there isn't enough Pharmacy Assistants like her out there.

The other store girls were also excellent and easy to speak to, and worked efficiently even as the store was gradually getting busy.

Conveniently situated and the first place I saw when I needed a new pair of reading glasses. Friendly staff.

Great collection of products, I love going there except during the sale periods. It becomes too crowded to find a place to stand, shopping goes out of the questions. Customer service is great at this shop.

I went to pierce my 4 month old daughter’s ears. I was very nervous being she’s so young but the girls there were so caring and considerate. They did a wonderful job distracting her. So thank you!

Pros: Well presented store, everything is organised, has its own place and prices/specials are displayed clearly. Attentive staff and speed of checkout are quick and efficient.
Cons: Small range, yet has all the essentials.
