I have been coming here and getting my hair done for the last year. Great customer service and very welcoming.

I visited the store just this Sunday that went by with my mother, and the service was honestly terrible. The lady working there that wears the headscarf was quite aggressive and rude to my mum, who had accidentally sprayed a small amount of product into the air because she didn't realise it was a tester (honestly, my mum doesn't have the best eyesight to begin with, but I did tell her that she should have looked for a 'Tester' or 'Try Me' sticker). The lady immediately started speaking rudely, loudly and aggressively to my mum, saying she would have to pay for the product, which we did anyway - despite the fact that we acknowledged my mum made a mistake, she just continued to shout for a while.

I'd originally walked into look for a specific product for myself, so I resumed doing so, even after her tantrum. The lady then proceeds to ask me a second time if I needed help with the product (despite me already having told her earlier I was alright because I'd already researched it myself and was just trying to decide on the range best for me), and I declined her offer again saying I didn't need her help. To which she responded rudely that she was asking because she was supposed to close the store at 4pm, as listed in their opening hours. It was 4: 39pm when she said that and I checked the time. You wouldn't have known that she was meant to be closing up for the day - the doors were not partially closed off or anything, and all the lights were still on, etc.

We left the store and went to sit on a bench outside not far from the store for a while after, and saw 4 young boys entering the store, who then spent another 10 minutes inside the store before leaving, so I guess there wasn't a rush to get them to leave to close the store. Funny that.

Ironically enough, when I first entered the store, there was another customer in there who was leaving that this lady could not stop gushing to, and complimenting this customer's children, etc.

Is this lady in a headscarf bipolar? I don't know, but looking through the other reviews, it seems that interactions with her seem to definitely be hit or miss.

One thing for sure - she was coughing all over the place, so I don't know lady, you should probably get that checked out, if you haven't already.

I don't usually leave reviews but the service here was very good. I came in yesterday with my daughter to get her a hair cut and some new conditioner for her hair, my daughter received the princess experience by the 2 girls and we left very happy.

Went to go buy products off the shelf and when I tried getting an item for myself and another person who needed help, the rude assistant pulled it from me asking what I wanted and when I said well that one you grabbed off me, she said she is in charge of getting things. Could not believe the power trip this person had. I walked out and went and spent $90 at Hairhouse where 2 beautiful sweet girls helped me get what I needed. Can't believe Price Attack would hire such an ignorant and rude lady as staff. Will never go there again

Me and my mum come here on weekly basis for our wash and blow dry. We are always welcomed with a smile. Kasey and anne give the most amazing scalp massages and blowdrys.

I keep coming here for all my hair needs. Customer service and product knowledge is amazing. Fatima is very welcoming and is very experienced with curly hair recommendation and does amazing makeup, and Kasey is a great hairdrsser.

After reading reviews for every hair dresser in Liverpool Westfield I decided to pop by Price Attack.

Anne & Fatima are so lovely. I went there today to get my hair cut in layers, which Anne did beautifully! They were both so welcoming and friendly which is very different to the experience I’ve had with other salons in the centre. The atmosphere alone was 5 Stars.

I chose their store purely based on the reviews and I am so glad I went in today, I couldn’t be happier with my hair - especially for the price I paid for my length (extra long). Fatima also has a wealth of knowledge about the products she stocks, so be sure to drop in if you have concerns about your hair.

I’ll be recommending Price Attack Liverpool to all of my friends & colleagues.

Fatima was exceptional and a fun genuine person. Great levels of energy and passion and you can tell really care about providing the right product and service. The products purchased have been great and what were promised annd are suiting the requirements.

I walked in to buy a conditioning treatment and was served by a young lady who was very friendly and helpful.

Hairstylist Anne is very experienced and in 5 years of lightening my hair the 2 times Anne has done my foils have been the least damage I've ever seen. Fatima (owner/manager) is a fun blast and very accomodating, even supporting with research inline to clarify questions.
They are very busy so appointments are a must but worth it for the results.

The lady I think her name was Fatima, who assisted me was absolutely amazing such a beautiful kind lady and helped me with all my questions.

Honestly lovely people, super kind and entertaining every time I go and very respectful to my service animal who sits calmly with me while I shop and get my hair done. Love them to death, always visit and let them say hi to Krieger even when I don't buy anything

The customer service and the services provided was top notch. I felt really welcome the moment I walked and until the moment I left. When I was recommended products, I did not feel pressured to buy them nor did I feel they were expensive. I highly recommend this place.

Fatima and Tammy are so lovely and welcoming. I rang to find out where they were located in Westfield and they met me out front of shop. They are very inviting and knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant experience and will be going back again and again.
