Amazing sanding and finishing job at our house. He sanded right up to the lacquered cabinetry and walls. He was on time and professional and provided a competitive quote quickly. 11/10 highly recommend.

These guys are so good! We had an issue with a 3rd party damaging our floor with a delivery, then we were selling the property and Prestige were able to work around all of our red tape and moving dates and got the job done easy and stress free. And the quality of work was second to none!

I found John days out from the start of what was a chaotic 35 day renovation blitz on a large scale property with extensive old, well worn but potentially stunning floor boards. I contracted John from Prestige Floor Sanding to sand a timber parking structure and two large decks. The decks were twenty years old, covered in deteriorated paint and were well and truly due for refurbishment. Due to the size of the job and other repairs that were being done by other contractors John coordinated the works to be done in three stages.
John communicated exactly what he planned on doing, he was punctual every time and was very competitively priced.

Exemplary outcome with the refurbishing of my very large outdoor merbau timber deck area.
After a casual conversation with John over the phone, he went out of his way to drop by my place on the same day to advise on the current condition of the deck and what needed to be done. It was very evident that he knew exactly what he was talking about and had a high level of technical knowledge.
I was impressed with his keenness to help me as well as his very friendly personality.
He arrived to do the job on the day and time originally agreed to (unlike some tradesmen I've dealt with).
He was well organised with his gear and got straight into the job without delay.
The end result was absolutely brilliant and looked even better than when first stained by the carpenter that originally built the deck.
I'll have no hesitation getting John back for work on a second deck area and would highly commend him to anyone thinking of similar work.
