The high level of customer service and attention to detail that they relayed was nothing short of spectacular. They gave me an accurate time frame on how long to expect the car to be undergoing repairs - and provided regular updates throughout the process. Amazing team and amazing work. I’ve experienced 2 accidents and both times chose prestige auto body shop to be my repairer. Not only are they amazing with time, but they did an excellent job at restoring my car back to brand new twice, are time efficient, and are constantly updating their clients on the progress of the car and reassuring all worries. I took my car to prestige to fix a scratch on the body. The guys there were very honest, helpful and provided a touch up very quickly. And even gave me a little can of paint for later use. I had a very good experience with the job, great customer service!

Ben and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I had an accident where I was not at fault but had to fight AAMI throughout the process to get my car fixed. Ben helped me navigate the whole thing - providing honest and sound advice and also dealing with AAMI directly. I couldn't have done it without him. The end result was getting my car back, in perfect condition. I can't recommend this business enough.
