69If I could give it 10 stars I would! The staff are always so accommodating. The food is absolutely divine! The atmosphere is cozy and such a city feel vibe, if you love greenery then ask for a seat out the back. On winter days they have the fire place going which creates such a cozy atmosphere
Dubbo is famous for its cafe culture and Press is a famous cafe in Dubbo. A local icon and solid contender, 5-stars for food, service and atmosphere.
Centrally located in Dubbo’s fine-dining district on Bultje Street, it’s the perfect place to relax solo or with friends and experience Dubbo’s distinctive seasonal changes.
In Winter sit inside near the open wood fires as the pleasant scents of freshly ground coffee and wood smoke intermingle.
In Spring, sit outside on the porch and admire the play of morning sunlight amidst the steamy vapors arising from your poached eggs.
In Summer ask for a seat out the back and admire the carefully curated hanging gardens where the cool breeze and refreshing gentle spray tame even the hottest days.
And in Autumn, as the trees of Dubbo get ready for their end-of-season finale and a slight chill is in the air, take a spot on the back deck where the sun shines longest and contemplate your good fortune for having had the opportunity to experience the four seasons of Dubbo.
Charming and stylish cafe with friendly service and fresh food. The avo on toast was really tasty.
Arcadia in Dubbo. If you are a nature lover you will fall in love with this Café. (see pic 5 for setting) Can’t go wrong with Marble top tables! The main thing is, they use very fresh ingredients. Love it!
Food and coffee were delicious staff super friendly. We were seated on the front verandah, not much space between us and the table next to us.
WOW. 5 of us dined there today for breakfast and not one complaint. The coffee was top notch and the menu was great and not the usual fare that you get at 99% of other cafes. 100% would recommend and 100% would go back.
We travelled and stopped by Press. The food was really good, the service was outstanding, and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend!
Nice cafe for a coffee or hot chocolate. The back area is very pleasant with lots of greenery
What a fantastic breakfast location! The staff are friendly, always smiling and happy to help. The food is delicious, both sweet and savoury. The finer details have been thought of, such as the temperature of the tea that comes out. It's at perfect drinking temperature so I was able to drink it with my breakfast.
This was a 10/10 place, great service, really good food, and the interior was beautiful. Best cafe in town.
A wonderful old style place with tables inside, on the veranda and at the rear in a covered garden area, just beautiful. Great food and coffee.
This cafe is amazing. Worth a trip from Sydney to Dubbo for the cool vibe and amazing food and coffee. Service was excellent.
I give this divine little eatery 5 stars for atmosphere. It's set in an older style house and we dined in the courtyard out back. It is a haven of lush potted plants, hanging baskets and ferns and was a really pleasant spot for breakfast. The staff were friendly too. I deduct one star for a few reasons. Firstly they were slow to take our order. Secondly I ordered avocado as a side which was put on top of the toast, and the scrambled eggs placed on top of that. Finally I don't like pepper and my scrambled eggs arrived with pepper on it. Not to everyone's taste, unless I'm the odd one out. Otherwise no doubt we would return.
Beautiful spot for brunch. The highlight of the meal was the ice filtered coffee brewed from the beans from Yunnan, China - the floral aftertaste is like a garden in my mouth.
Nice place, great ice latte and friendly and attentive staff which is so neglected in other cafes.
What an awesome cafe, you couldn't get better service or food anywhere.
10 out of ten
Awesome vibes, great service, tasty food and coffee. Easy parking with heaps of 2P spots in front.
First time impression was a great relaxing environment where you could take your time to enjoy the meals and the coffee. Both impressed. Ill be back.
Tasty food and great coffee, good atmosphere. Price about right for what you get.
Will go back if ever in Dubbo again:)
Lunch at Press cafe was great! The food was delicious my friend and I both had falafel salad bowls and we both really enjoyed it. The vibe was chilled out, didn't feel rushed to eat, and the covered outdoor eating area was very relaxing. Clearly a popular cafe so you may need to make a booking to ensure a table. Would definitely go back next time I'm in town.
