My favourite gym by far. Ample parking, friendly staff and plenty of gym equipment. They offer all sorts of classes too. I haven't tried any of them but my wife really likes the yoga class.

Fantastic gym! More space and equipment than others, nice people, and many classes available. The creche is perfect for parents.

I've been coming here for 16 years and I love it! The trainers and staff are amazing, there is always loads of equipment and the HIIT classes are the best!

I love this gym. All the staff are personable and friendly especially the manager Dave. Dave remembers everybody's name and really does go the extra mile to make his customers feel welcome. On my first day there I asked him if he could just recommend a few machines I should start on as I was completely clueless. He then dropped what he was doing and not only did he show me the machines I should start on, but went through technique and form with me and was very accommodating. It felt like a PT session but for free. I really appreciated Dave doing that.
Apart from the great staff and customer service, the gym is well equipped with everything I need. Layout is great, plenty of space. Not overcrowded at any time. At one point I left Premier to join Crunch as I was attracted to the deal Crunch was offering but I quickly realised how inferior Crunch is to Premier so I came back quick smart and I'm here to stay.

Wonderful gym, fantastic equipment and always available. Great array of people of all ages and fitness levels - no judgements and great value!

For many years I have loved being part of the Prem family. Friendly, fun and motivating…. My home away from home! The support and encouragement I’ve been show is above and beyond expectations.

Beware. Sneaky sales.
Did the 5 weeks for $35 trial. Little did I realise until they put a contract under your nose that they will charge you three months worth of a membership after the 5 weeks is up to make it "worth their while. "
On top of that you're also charged a fee for using their chosen third party payment system and if the payment bounces due to insufficient funds in the nominated account, you'll be charged an extra $15 every time it bounces! Extortionate. Plus you have no idea when they will try to deduct the payment again, so guess what, there goes another $15 bounce fee, and another! Go find a new payment system there are thousands to choose from! I've joined many gyms that will not have any strings attached to do a 5 for $35 trial and only charge a few dollars if payment bounces but not $15 - this is just out of order.

In addition, their website says the creche can take babies however after doing a tour I found it wasn't set up for that, the only thing they have for are bouncers and hard toys which aren't suitable for babies under 8 months or so. Looks great fun for older kids though.

The gym is dated as it's been open for a long time however they have a lot of equipment and space. If you're into group fitness, the body attack instructor is brilliant and the room is really large which is great. No need to book any classes either which is a plus.

People in the group fitness classes are super friendly as are the staff. Parking is super easy as well.

Stunning and super clean facilities.
We have a nightmare commute and they were so supportive when we needed to review our membership. Would be there all the time if not for the 30 minute commute - I want them to open one in our neighbourhood!

Great place to work out. New equipment and amiable social atmosphere. Staff are excellent and accommodating, fellow exercisers are from young to old and friendly.

I just think this gym is the most wonderful gym in the world. I’ve been going for over 3 years and no sign of losing consistency. The staff are super personable, professional and the customer service is exceptional! I’m in a larger body and have had bad experiences at gyms but this gym is extremely body neutral and diverse which makes it such a great environment. The crèche for my daughter has honestly been the best thing we’ve ever done with her. I was worried when I first started because she’s extremely sensitive but the staff in the crèche have been incredible catering to her needs and nothing is ever a problem. Such a huge fan!

Great people and good equipment. I love that there is a creche on site so we get to throw the kids in to play while we are working out.

What a fantastic gym! I would never thought that there is a gym where you can feel so comfortable. I was surrounded with care and support from the moment I entered to ask some general questions. After a month of visiting I can say I completely in love with this gym. The personal teachers and all class teacher are super professional and passionate about their work. I feel so good and this is only beginning. Love the age variety of people too.

I’ve been a member at Premier for over 3 years now and still to this day, the best gym. Great vibes, no egos and great facilities! Now with the functional training area, there is literally everything under one roof!

I had to cancel my membership.there was no problem.they were very helpful and understandable.the Japanese yoga class is the best I have ever done.

What I like about this gym is that you’re in there exercising with all types of people, from young adults to senior citizens, no pro looking body builders working out so it’s not intimidating. It has enough machines and weights to accommodate its customers that there not much of waiting around.

Good gym, friendly staff, overall a very good atmospheric place to train, only wished it closed a little later on weekends

Friendly staff, friendly members, nice facilities, not too crowded. Deans Yoga classes are amazing!
