Good quality, i bought some before and came back again for more in this weekend (in Auburn). Very happy with their customer service too. Well looking after customers from staff (Abdul) (Michael, Alpha), always willing to discuss and help out with any questions.

Our neighbour used this company and dealt with Bill to get synthetic turf installed. Their experience was terrible and they warned us that customer service was awful with Bill making the experience quiet unpleasant for them, however the turf was installed the way we need it due to having a big dog and needing it installed on timber so we decided to get a quote.
Bill quoted us $10,500 for 40 square meter of synthetic turf when our neighbour was charged $6,500 few months ago for their backyard which is the exact same size as ours and they had the same kind of installation. No difference at all except Bill quoted us $4k more and couldn’t explain why!
When he was asked what is the reason for the $4k difference, in a very careless manner he said “prices have gone up and it’s is what it is! ” Basically take it or leave it as he was not bothered to explain.
Daylight robbery!
We are getting another company do the work for way less than what we were quoted by Bill.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone we had a quote and the price changed the works are very rude there not even organised would waste you’re money! There’s other company’s that will do q better job not change prices after payed deposit!

Beware of huge price increase after contract is signed.

One month after we signed the contract waiting for an installation date we received a 41% price increase.

Head office staff are super friendly, Sydney sales manager was rude.

Very wide range of synthetic turf with some very high quality products. I only needed a small balcony covered and Premier Grass were able to accommodate without issue - much to my surprise as I thought such a small order would not be possible. The service at the factory can be a bit slow, but overall would recommend this business.

The 40mm Golden Lush is incredible.

I have today reinstalled my old Synthetic grass with thick and soft Premier Grass K9 with ZeoFill system reduce dog urine smell.thanks to Tom and Nathan very qualified installers, very happy with results and satisfied. My dog loved new grass.

The Artificial Turf is a great product. They have an excellent Sales team. Steve was extremely helpful from day 1 to explain everything in detail. Installation was perfect. The installer was experienced and his work was perfect. The installed area looks very vibrant in comparison to a dull concreate surface.
